Serenity Pond at Naturewalk is a serene space of respite from the busyness of 30A, while in convenient proximity to the grocery, restaurants, beach and amenities. We loved our stay here! The pond views contribute to the tranquility of the home.All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. The patio spaces weren’t exactly as pictured. There are fewer furniture pieces than shown and what is left has become very worn. The kitchen space is perfect if you choose to eat in, but I was glad that I had brought my own Instapot and Crockpot for the freezer meals I had prepared ahead. While there’s plenty of pots and pans, dishes and glasses, there are no casserole dishes for any extensive food prep. The kitchen cooking/serving utensils, measuring cups/spoons could use a reset. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would be delighted to return.

Great stay!

This place was beautiful! Great neighborhood with lots of amenities. It is a bit far from the beach so next time we’ll rent a golf cart as biking got tiring toward the end of the week. The bikes provided had a few issues, but I didn’t even reach out to the owner, we just dealt with them as they came up. Minor issues like coffee pot not working and no hot water to the kitchen sink, but nothing major. Still worth every bit of our stay and would stay again.

Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 3 different families and with each room having its own bathroom we all settled in so easily! We love this neighborhood as it’s close to the beach, Publix and downtown Seaside.

Great relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The high ceilings and large rooms are much bigger than the listing photos appear. The back of NatureWalk is tranquil, especially this property with a scenic pond off the back porch. We loved the pickleball courts across the street and the walking and biking. Close enough to Seaside while not being right in the chaos.

New Years Vacation

The house was beautiful. There was plenty of room for a family of 7. The neighborhood was beautiful. We appreciated the proximity to the state forest with an entrance in the neighborhood. We also found the short cut to the beach from the neighborhood. It made a quick bike ride to the Santa Clara regional beach access. It took us a little bit to figure out the door locks, so advise reading the inside of the doors to figure out how to lock them. It was a great stay and one of our favorite houses we have stayed in on 30A so far.

Cure for stress

We had the BEST time at Nature walk. We have 3 adult children and this was the perfect home for our vacation. Plenty of beds (none of them bunks!) and all the amenities we needed to have a fun, relaxing time. In addition, I cannot say enough about the Beach Walk property management. The check-in/out process was seamless, and any questions we had were addressed in a timely manner by a real person. It was fabulous!

Everyone was happy!

We had a great experience at this property! There were 4 families in our group and each of us had a great place to stay. We used every bed in the house and no one complained. The Nature reserve was great! Thank you for our beautiful experience!

Beachwalk does it again

Beachwalk vacations has done it again! We cannot speak highly enough of company or the homes they represent. We love our experiences with them and rest assured knowing that if anything pops up they always are right there to assist us the location of Naturewalk is awesome, close to beach path, seaside town, and the community offerings are top notch! We will see them again this summer

Very nice home

Very nice home. Very clean. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and big closets. There is a bedroom on the main floor if you have elderly or handicapped staying with you. Parking is tight.

Beautiful and spacious home

House was decorated so nicely and had plenty of room for our family. It was close to the pickle ball courts and had plenty of bikes that we enjoyed riding through the neighborhood. Definitely plan to get a golf cart for your stay. Much easier to get to the beach and around town.
