This is 3rd house we have stayed in the neighborhood of Sunrise Beach. It was definitely our favorite! Beautiful home, great view, everything about our stay was perfect. Well equipped home with everything you could possibly need. Large living room and kitchen. Super clean, comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms… We would definitely love to rent this house again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house!

My extended family and myself enjoyed staying in the Tenn-a-sea house. It met our needs, was very clean, and just steps from the beach. We have stayed in several houses in this little gated community and this one was by far our favorite!

The house was wonderful and the host was spectacular. The proximity to the beach was ideal and we enjoyed great views from the balcony. The only reason the location did not receive a 5 star is because I am a very light sleeper and I did hear the beach goers very early in the morning from the public parking on the other side of the fence that is next to the house. Again, I am a light sleeper so it may not bother most people. Even with that, I would stay here again.

Family vacation

We travelled with my adult children to Santa Rosa & had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach home! The kitchen was well appointed with everything anyone could possibly need. The living room & beds were very comfortable & the bathrooms were just gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We loved the beach coffee shop just steps away. We will definitely return!

Pure Relaxation!!!!

My family and I came and stayed for New Year’s, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is super clean beautifully decorated, and has every kitchen utensil you could ever think of. We were able to spend time together and relax after a hectic holiday season! It was in a great location that was convenient for everything restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. We look forward to being able to come back again with our family.

Thanksgiving Get Away

Perfect location. Loved the extra supplies (spices, garbage bags, sandwich bags, beach toys, chairs & towels etc..). Had everything we needed for cooking thanksgiving dinner.

Absolutely Fabulous!

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. We had five adults in our party and had plenty of room. The bedrooms are surprisingly spacious, particularly the bedroom on the main floor and the master on the 2nd floor, and it has 3 full bathrooms. One member of our party has some mobility issues so I was particularly pleased to see built in seating in two of the showers. It made bathing much easier for him. The decor is pleasant, and we found the kitchen to be very well stocked. The views are lovely, particularly from the second floor porch. Plenty of room for parking. Also, we were very happy that two beach setups were provided by the owner. Every day we would walk down to the beach and 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas were waiting for us! It was a great and much appreciated bonus! Finally, I just want to say that our host was very responsive to the couple of small issues we had. When the tv in the family room went out on our first day there, we contacted the owner. By the next morning their handyman came and installed a new (and much nicer) television. The sports fans in our family were delighted to have a bigger, crystal clear picture. In summary, great property, great location, great hosts. I highly recommend this property and plan on staying there again myself in the future.

Quick getaway

Perfect house for a quick getaway or week long stay. Convenient to the beach and restaurants, never needed to get back in the car after arrival. Clean, well maintained and the owners are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!

Must Ten-A-Sea!!!!

What a woderful house, location and property owner!! House was super clean, had everything needed, owner was allways available to answer any questions we had. Beach boardwalk is so close and having the chairs and umbrella was great. Chair guy was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, etc… Will definitely go back with family!!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Well appointed home and great loacation convenient to everything Gulf Place has to offer. We stayed in 2 night and ventured out to eat the other 2. House has everything you need for cooking, etc. Convenient walkway to the beach and a short walk thru the neighborhood to Shunk Gulley, brew pub, Morningside breakfast, and the Perfect Pig.

Summer Get Away

Tenn A Sea is a wonderful home. Very comfortable and relaxing. Literally steps to the private beach. Chairs and umbrella waiting on us! Our family relaxed, enjoyed the local restaurants and even cooked in on a few occasions. This house has everything you could possibly need and more. Melanie is a tremendous host! Can’t wait to go back!

A little bit of heaven

What a wonderful week with family making memories. The Woods provide a home away from home for memories to be made. The home is beautiful. They pay attention to detail for young and old.. high chairs, pack n play, beach toys and so much more. The Woods are very responsive to any communication. The walk to the beach is so easy…we thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be back again.

Beautiful house and views!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Tenn-a-sea. The house is beautiful and the upstairs deck has a wonderful view of the ocean. Hosts were accommodating and easy communicate with. The outdoor shower is a nice touch too!

Memorable Vacation

Thank you Melanie and Dexter for allowing our group to stay at Tenn-a-Sea this last week! It was an amazing vacation and the location of your rental could not have been better. Being able to make a very short walk to a private beach made it incredibly easy for our group to enjoy a relaxing vacation with three little ones under 3. Your home was beautiful, spacious and provided everything we needed for a fun filled week. Your communication before, during and after our stay was second-to-none and made our trip effortless.
