Great location!

We had a great time, enjoyed local restaurants, and the short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and with 9 of us staying and showering, we never had to deal with cold showers.

Great Week on 30a

We had a great week at Serenity Now. The house was beautiful and Kelley was a great host. We were two families, four adults and four kids total and we had plenty of space. The house was a very short walk to the beach which was great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Family House

This house was perfect for our 9 family member annual beach trip to 30A. The location was so close to the beach with an ocean view from the top deck. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions.

Awesome Beach Property

Serenity Now checks all the boxes! Its location is perfect—five minute walk to the beach, steps away from the 20-mile 30a walking/biking path, and near many great restaurants. The Gulfview Heights beach access has a wider beach than most and it was easy to find a not-so-crowded space (our visit was during a peak week). The house had plenty of room (we even had 10 for a few of the days). Everyone had a bed and there were lots of spaces to spread out (five balconies, loft area). Three of the bedrooms were on the entry level which at first felt weird but was actually an advantage for quick access to the bathrooms and bedrooms when we returned from the beach or pool. The house was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. We used the grill by the pool and it was clean and worked well. Kelley’s communication was excellent prior to our trip and during our stay. Some tips- Rent bikes from the shop on the corner (super convenient and great customer service-$60/week). An easy meal is shrimp/fish from Goatfeather’s seafood market. Ask to have it steamed and seasoned. Watch fireworks from the beach on July 4. In addition to the Gulfview Heights display you can see all the other beach displays from Destin to Panama City!

A beautiful property with close access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Property owner was informative and attentive before and during our stay. My wife and I would reserve this house again.

Nice property but plan on running to Walmart

This was a nice property but would not stay again. The good: Good location on a calm part of 30A. House has been renovated. Quiet community. The bad: Felt like I was staying at the Spirit Airlines of VRBO. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 adults and one child. Zero toilet paper holders. 1 roll of paper towels. No beach towels or chairs. One single dish pod provided for a 4 day stay. No laundry detergent. One small thing of dish soap. When I asked about towels I was told it was stated in the contract no beach towels provided and I could go to a Walmart 15 min away. Also the contract you will have to sign is overwhelming to say the least. For the price, I would stay at a nice hotel next time.

Family Vacation

Location was an easy walk to the beach at Gulfview Access and right across from the community pool. View from the 3rd floor balcony was great! Easy walk to Goatfeathers for seafood market and good ice cream right across from there! Well stocked property and great management!

Lovely stay!

We visit Santa Rosa each summer and typically stay in a house in Old Florida Cottages if one is available for our timeframe. We have always loved the neighborhood - it is perfect for our family. Kelley's property was wonderful and made for a very comfortable stay. The updated kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. Kelley was the best communicator about check-in, check-out and was quick to respond if needed. We will definitely keep her house in mind for future visits to our favorite beach!

Spring Break 2022

The 8 of us that stayed at Kelley’s place really enjoyed the week! The location is great. The place is clean, has plenty of room and has almost all of the items you need in a rental property. Kelley was responsive to any questions we had from when we booked through the end of our stay. We’re looking at it again for next year!

Great home and fantastic host

My family and I spent a week at Serenity Now and it was absolutely wonderful!!!!! Most of the house has been remodeled and is decorated with nice beach-y accessories. Communication with the host, Kelley, was seamless. She was quick to respond to questions and made sure our stay was enjoyable. A quick walk away from the beach entrance, close to several restaurants, cute neighborhood: all-in-all, a great vacation!

Excellent family vacation home!

Our family had a wonderful stay for our group of 11! 10 adults and one toddler. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. About a 5min walk to the beach, we definitely recommend you take a beach wagon to carry your towels, chairs ext. The beach access has stairs not a ramp so keep that in mind. Grocery stores not too far from the beach house. All the decks are nice to drink your morning coffee. Kelley was very responsive and communicated repairs recently done. Overall we definitely recommend!

Great house, great location

The house was great. Nice views of the gulf from the upper level, plenty of room for everyone, short walk to the beach, ice cream shop right across the street, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also, the owner is very friendly and responsive.

Location, location!

This property was in the perfect location. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach with a pool right across from the house. It is right off of hwy 30A and on the corner there was a bike and golf cart rental which was nice because we didn’t have to drive to get additional transportation. The home was beautiful! It’s hard to find a house with 2 rooms that have a king bed so that was definitely a selling point for us. The home boasts a lot of natural lighting and was a beach house dream. The loft area upstairs was the perfect room for our 12 year olds to hang out. Kelley was so sweet and was great with communication! Would definitely stay again just with her being as responsive as she was!

Easy Access and Great Location

This unit and community were in a perfect location. The cottage community is great when you need several units for multiple families. Our unit had a renovated kitchen and was fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare your favorite beach dish. We also had great communication with owner.
