Was a great trip, so nice to be a short walk to the pool for the kids. The golf kart was awesome for driving down to the beach and grabbing some coffee that was close! Love the house, worked great for us! Would stay again!

The house is beautiful and the location was very nice and convenient. We had a few problems, there was only 3 working bikes (advertised 5 bikes), the golf cart had a broken arm on it that they new about and didn't fix it. We arrived on a Friday and the trash was completely full, the paper said trash day was Thursday so it should've been picked up. It was a great place just a few minor issues.

Short Summer Vacay

Our stay was awesome! The home is located perfectly to take a walk, bike ride, or golf cart to the beach, pool, and restaurants. The home itself was the perfect size for our family. Lovedvthe layout.

Everything was good… except the golf cart was an issue. There was a flat when we arrived and after multiple attempts to get it fixed it never was. Also beach parking that was closest to our location is extremely limited, and they give tickets for everything that is not worth ticketing.

Great property, terrible management company

We love this neighborhood and have stayed at several properties here throughout the years. This property came with bikes and a golf cart which we were excited about but when we went to take a bike ride the morning of day 1, we found one of the bikes missing a pedal and several of the others having flat tires. We alerted the mgmt company immediately and were told they would be fixed by noon. We received a message around 4pm that said they would actually not be fixed until the next day. The pedal was fixed around 12:30 the following day but the flat tires were not repaired so we only had working bikes for one day before leaving. During our stay we were offered to add up to two additional nights since the listing was not rented after our checkout. Once we confirmed we would like to add a night, we were told that the property was actually rented during the last few minutes so we couldn’t. Very disappointing as we had already made other arrangements in order to add the additional night and thought we had it secured since we were in discussion with mgmt.Also a few other minor issues: TV remote in bunk room didn’t work so no TV for the kids, kuerig coffee maker didn’t work, light over stove didn’t work. Would definitely stay in the neighborhood again, but not in a property managed by this company.

Great neighborhood

We arrived at our house at 4pm. Wasn’t ready til 430 which may not seem like a big deal but when you have 3 little kids and have travelled all day you are ready to get settled. Living room and kitchen is great space with lots of room and well stocked. Love the neighborhood. Would recommend updated furniture for the porch. Golf cart was a great plus. Overall a good stay!

Great Home!

Great home close to everything with ample space. Clean and close to neighborhood pool which looked just like the photos. They have security at the pool while it is open so the scene stays mellow. The golf car was key to getting to nearby public beach access and restaurants easily. Parking is limited for the nearby public beaches so this helped a lot!! A couple items do need to be addressed. While the house had tons of cooking supplies, it was missing a grill spatula so we had to flip burger with a large knife which was interesting :) and the trash can for the kitchen is much too small for this house. They need a trash can for a larger family - we were constantly having to take out the trash when it wasn't necessary because the can was so small. My check-in was a 4:00 but the house wasn't ready until 5:00 which was annoying after a 7+ hour drive. Besides those smaller items, this house was great. I would have given 5 stars if not for those items noted. I would 100% stay here again.

30A Santa Rosa Beach House

The description was very accurate. In fact, our family thought it was nicer than expected. The hot tub was great, especially since it was a colder week. Great location. Was able to bike and use the golf cart to various shops and restaurants/snack places.

Great neighborhood

We enjoyed the home and neighborhood. We even took advantage of the neighborhood amenities (pool, hot tub, firepit). Loved having the bikes and Golfcart included! Made trips to the beach so easy!

Beautiful

First time staying at this beautiful home. Stayed cool throughout the day and night. Very accommodating for a 10 month old and 3 kids 6-11. Bikes and golf cart was very convenient for our group. We will be back.

Great beach house

The house was great. 8 of us staued here. The community pool wasn't too crowded, always had chairs available to use. The beach was close and parking wasn't too bad to dind. Lots of great restaurants around. I'd stay here again.

Comes up short on pfomises

Golf cart not working and no one would come look at it. And to rent one was 125 per night. Back patio was unavailable cause door lock was broken. Bikes chains kept coming off sprocket on each drive. Falls way short of promises for money spent

Pretty good place

There wasn’t anything wrong other than the bikes weren’t very good because the chains kept coming off, and the golf cart charger took a long time to work the first day.

Beautiful Community Home

Very nice community and beautiful homes. Super easy to get everywhere you want to be. Pool fantastic. Only complaint would be tight space for parking larger vehicles and we had trouble with the golf cart charging but the property managers were great at getting the vendor out to fix it.

Had a great time! Everyone loved the house and very close to pool. Golf cart was great for going to the beach or you can walk there (10-15 min walk).
