This was our first visit to 30A and Piper's Landing was the perfect location to enjoy the beach, pool, and all of the seaside towns and attractions. We loved it and can't wait to return to Florida and 30A.

Great Stay!!

My 2 adult daughters and I loved this townhouse. Fantastic location and very safe for females traveling alone. 3 min easy walk to beach access and within short walking distance for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the batteries dying in the door lock but someone was there to fix it within 20 mins. Also had a brand new washer and dryer when we arrived. We will definitely be back.

Loved our visit

My mom and I absolutely loved our stay here. This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. We had some issues with the tv, but the property management team was very responsive and was able to help us figure it out quickly.

Great vacation townhome

We enjoyed our time at the home. The home was clean and the space/beds were comfortable. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was exactly the amount of space we needed. The location is excellent, a very short walk to the beach and one of the community pools. This is the third time we’ve stayed in the Cassine community and really like it. We would not hesitate to stay in this townhome again.

Great location

The location for this property was great and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much but feel that the property needs quite a bit of updating. We had friends staying in the same complex but their condo was completely renovated for the same price. Not sure if we will rent this particular condo again but the complex is in a great location!

Nice proximity and pleasantly decorated

Our family of 4 (two teenagers: 17&19) stayed here for a week. POSITIVES Proximity to beach is great! Nicely decorated - Classy, cheerful and not “cheesy beachy” Parking - approximately 2 spots Hairdryers 2 Balconies Quiet location Forest feel in the back Easy check in Beach supplies (weathered and worn but nice to have) Washer and dryer (don’t forget to bring your own soap) Dishwasher works well Blender and crock pot are available NEGATIVES Queen bed needs replaced since we both sunk to the middle every night Air conditioning needs to be more robust Need more coat hangers Pans aren’t great (warped or damaged) Could use basic salt, pepper, sugar Don’t forget to bring your own kitchen trash bags A list of helpful information would be very appreciated (restaurants, tennis courts - We never located the tennis courts, or the grills mentioned on the site.) The swinging bench pictured on the site is broken down The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on and probably needs replaced but it’s cute. Small kitchen but doable for one cook Overall, a nice place that with several changes is great.

Great Location with Lots of Potential

PROS: -Small community with lots of shade--trees and multiple decks -Clean pool VERY close to the condo -Close to the beach and several shops and restaurants (the correct beach entrance is to the left of the large condo building, One Seagrove Place, straight across from this community) -The kitchen was stocked with more cookware, dinnerware, and utensils than most -Full size washer and dryer -Lots of beach toys in the washroom CONS: -The cleaning and upkeep of the condo leave a lot to be desired. The air intake, located just inside the front door, has no filter and Is covered in rust and stains. The dishes/utensils were dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged. The downstairs toilet didn't flush well, so we decided to make it a #1 only toilet. The sofa had a large stain on it, so we covered it with a sheet knowing it could've been pee. -The bedding was on the cheap side--not something I've seen too often on 30-A. The bedding in photos is not what is actually on the beds. In the condo's defense, we didn't complain about the issues we thought were gross. They didn't cause us or the condo harm, and we didn't really want management coming in with COVID on the upswing. I think this condo has great potential, and with a little draino, paint, and removable/washable sofa cover, it would look, feel and smell like a new place! If you book, be on the lookout for the adorable tiny frogs that hang out on the back patio. We loved watching them at night.

Best bang for your buck!

This townhome couldn’t have been in a better location. It has several restaurants and shops in walking distance and most importantly the beach access almost directly across the street. The perfect place for both my husband and I as well as our teens. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Nice Place - Beware of Additional Admin Fees

Beware of fees beyond the actual listing price. Costs were listed up front, but we glossed over these because we're accustomed to admin fees, taxes, etc. totaling maybe 20-30% of the total listing cost. For this rental, ours were far higher. The cleaning fee was much more than we've encountered in dozens of rentals, both domestically and internationally (even though we were asked to start laundry loads of towel and sheets when leaving). We left the place immaculate. Fortunately, we were not billed an additional 'service fee' -- apparently a VRBO tack-on -- by the property management company. We would not have booked this rental had we been more attuned to how much the actual rental cost exceeded the per-night listing cost. That said, the location is very nice. The beach, as advertised, is a short walk; the immediate community is nice; and multiple outside decks were very nice amenities. The place was modern, clean, and pleasant. Meals were great at a Mexican restaurant literally a few hundred yards from the rental. We've learned a lesson of caution about VRBO and rental management agency fees, and in the future will more closely consider actual vs. listed price per night.

Great Location & Walkability

We loved our stay at Pipers Landing. Unit was even cuter than the photos, was clean, and the management company was very responsive and helpful (all by text which we prefer!). The location of this unit cannot be beat. We parked our car and didn't drive for 7 days. We walked everywhere - coffee at donut hut (across the street), beach every day (and didn't have to rush for a spot - plenty of room at the One Seagrove public beach), Seaside for lunch and dinner (15-20 minute walk). Tennis courts and pools were convenient and never crowded too. We would definitely stay here again. It was a quiet oasis surrounded by Spring Break fun.
