We were very disappointed with our stay due to serious discrepancies between the listing and the actual condition of the property. Most notably, the listing showed and described the second-floor primary suite as having both a king and queen bed, which was one of the main reasons we chose this home for our family. Upon arrival, this was not the case, which caused major issues for our co-sleeping arrangement with our toddlers.The property had a strong musty odor throughout, and the presence of several dirty, rusted fans in each bedroom raised concerns about ventilation and whether the home could be properly cooled. In general, the home showed signs of wear and poor maintenance: broken baseboards, damaged trim, rusted air vents, painted-over outlet covers, and heavy-handed paint used in place of proper repairs.Communication and support were incredibly frustrating. We discovered the property had changed management multiple times (Vrbo, iTrip Vacations, and 360 Blue). When we reached out to 360 Blue with concerns, including trash bins that were full upon arrival and never emptied as scheduled, we received delayed, unhelpful responses. Vrbo support ultimately told us they no longer managed the property and offered no assistance.This trip was booked months in advance for a birthday celebration, and we were hoping for a relaxing beachfront vacation. Despite the ideal location, the condition of the property and the lack of accountability fell far short of expectations.
