Great central location, great excellent staff. The suite we stayed in could use a thorough cleaning and modernization. The facilities are due for a remodel.

Butlers were amazing. Enjoyed daily happy hour food and drinks. Fireplaces in lounges. The shuttle was quick and very convenient for travel to/from plaza and shopping.

Love the Butler service and the happy hour with free wine and food. I will only stay here in the future when in Santa Fe. Wish to know if they own any other properties like this Hotel in other cities We stayed in one in Flagstaff Arizona

stunning!
Beautiful hotel with amazing service. Loved the cookies and chocolates delivered to our room. Breakfast for lovely. Only negative is that we weren't told about the evening happy hour so we missed out on that.

We loved our stay at the Hacienda and Spa. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are well appointed and the property is lovely and in a nice, walkable area. I especially enjoyed the spa and sunrise yoga.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The architecture, rooms, furniture, art collection, evoked Santa Fe. Staff was personable and professional. The Hacienda and Spa were well-maintained and thoroughly enjoyable. A very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast and evening "happy hour" had a nice selection of items to eat and drink. Having bottles of water for guests to take on their way out to visit Santa Fe was a nice touch.

Wonderful visit
We stayed in the Hacienda. I loved the free breakfast on the rooftop. Used the jacuzzi and pool. Lovely. A big plus is Hacienda clients have access to free shuttle service. Housekeeping was awesome. The fresh cookies and butlers are a great plus.

It was perfect for a get away weekend - the staff was fantastic and we loved the idea of just parking the car and utilise the Hotels transportation to the different shops and restaurants.

Pleasant stay
We had a very nice stay here. The property could use a bit of updating, but it is very clean and service was terrific. Ask for an upstairs room. We were on the ground floor and our window looked out on trash. We very much enjoyed the collection of Native American art throughout the hotel.

On the last full day of my stay a construction worker working on the hotel entered my room THROUGH THE 2nd FLOOR BALCONY, walked across the room and exited to the hallway. The extent of his explanation was that he’s “working over there”. I let the front desk know. Got a call back and the manager who apologized, stated that was unacceptable, and offered to make it up to me with a free dinner or “something from the bar”. The following morning at about 8:30 am as I was preparing to leave, the SAME construction worker, ignored the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging on the doorknob of my room and banged on the door until I opened it. He said he needed to clean the balcony because construction had left a “mess” there. More conversation with the front desk, more apologies and I’ve supposedly had the last night of my stay comped. Although the emailed invoice I’m suppose to receive hasn’t arrived.
