The property is beautiful and conveniently located not far from the plaza, but also offers a shuttle to the plaza, restaurants and other points of interests. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful! Complimentary breakfast in the morning and a delightful happy hour from 5-7 evenings. They offer butler service to help with dinner reservations, etc. My husband and I had massages at the spa that were so relaxing, The Spa is beautiful and the staff are very professional. We are already making plans to stay there on our next visit to Santa Fe!

From the welcome cookies and fruit bowl to the butler service offering coffee or tea and chocolates at turn down to the fantastic wine and cheese evening hour to the full continental breakfast, our stay was wonderful. Every detail was thoughtful and the staff could not have been more welcoming. The shuttle service is a nice amenity as well. Beds were luxurious and the room was larger than most newer hotels today. Loved the fireplace in the room. There are so many walkable shops and restaurants in the area. The Native American art collection in this hotel is amazing.

We took advantage of all of the amenities. Especially loved the always available shuttle and evening happy hours. Met lots of nice people and the staff were great. I miss them already.

There had been a fire in the main hotel that didn’t affect the Haciena, except that the restaurant was closed. I thought the bed was too hard, but the suite was lovely. Nice breakfast and great happy hour. Free shuttle made getting around town easy.

Beautiful hotel but under construction so we checked in and our room was 10 steps from that front desk in another building. We couldn't do happy hour, see the spa or gym or if there were any restaurants. Our room was nice but driving behind the building to park was something too. We will give it another shot once construction is done.

This was such a cute and cozy place. The fireplace was a nice touch especially since it was raining when we got there. Very dog friendly - however there wasn't a place to walk our dogs. There was no grass. Other than that super cute and friendly place to stay.

I would've given this hotel 4.5 stars BUT the loud overnight staff ruined it. This is a beautiful hotel, with a decent continental breakfast and with a very nicely run shuttle service. HOWEVER, our room was next to the lobby, and the overnight staff was incredibly loud with their voices with complete disregard for sleeping guests. We were woken up several times overnight and my husband finally had to.ooen the door letting them know they were too loud. This is not a cheap hotel.....guests pay a lot of money to stay here and should expect a quiet night of sleep. It's unfortunate the staff does not understand that. Therefore, we will not be back.

Wonderful Hospitality, but Room Comfort Could Be Improved We spent five nights at The Hacienda & Spa celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! The hospitality was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The staff certainly made us feel appreciated, and that was one of the highlights of our stay. My only concerns were the comfort of the beds and pillows, along with a repetitive clicking noise from the air conditioning/thermostat system. As someone who travels frequently and occasionally experiences back issues, a comfortable mattress and firmer pillow options would make a tremendous difference. Unfortunately, the clicking noise also interrupted my sleep several times throughout the night. These may seem like minor details, but when staying at a property of this caliber, comfort and a peaceful night’s rest are important. That being said, we truly enjoyed our anniversary getaway and appreciated the wonderful hospitality. With a little more attention to room comfort and maintenance, this could easily be a five-star experience. We would certainly consider returning!

The Hacienda was an amazing place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary in Santa Fe. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the square. The breakfast and happy hour were great and having a shuttle readily available is extremely useful. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff really prides themselves in what they do there and it shows. All in all my wife and I loved this place and plan to stay again next time we are in Santa Fe!
