I've enjoyed the pool. But the hottub wasn't working. The front desk wasn't helpful in finding us a king size bed because we made reservation from a third party.

Needed fresh towels, I was put on the list and left my trash and towels in hallway. returned with no new towels. Another person at desk said I had to speak to them directly, to be put on the list, not over the phone. I had to go back to desk to get my own towels. Trash in front was overflowing and very unsanitary and staff said it wouldn't be emptied until the next day! There were two staff behind desk. All it takes is a new trashbag to exchange and take other one to dumpster.

The hotel has a very good vibe and welcoming staff. The breakfast is good and during our stay the hotel was sold out. Lot of attractions around for kids activities Only negative was the jacuzzi/ hot tub was broken and was looking forward for it. However, the overall convenience of the stay was great

Good location with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel was a bit on the dated side and darkish is the corridors.
