This cottage has it all—the location is quiet yet close to the it’s well appointed with all the amenities needed for a family, the yard is cute and so welcoming for our dog, just the right size, as well as clean and comfortable!

We stayed there for Ironman 70.3 Santa Cruz a week including some days of vacation afterwards. It was all we needed, quiet area, close to the beach. And just a couple minutes drive to most places of interest. Would love to come back

We love staying here! The yard is perfect and secure for dogs and the house has everything we need. We love the easy morning walk to Cat & Cloud for coffee and a pup cup and the evening walk to the cliffs over the ocean to watch the surfers and the sunset. It is in the perfect location!

Perfect location for teens and dogs! Walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops, and of course the beach. Clean, well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood at night. Hose near front door for sandy feet/ paws and surfboards, and small beach towels provided if you forget yours.One designated parking spot in driveway in front of cottage, easy to find street parking for our other car. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Great Weekend Getaway

Lovely little house. So close to the beach and awesome restaurants and coffee shops. Brought our dogs and the fenced in front was perfect. Enjoyed our coffee out there surrounded by the hydrangeas.

Perfect for Fam if 4 dog

This cottage was the perfect location for our little family & dog. Roomy bedrooms, comfy beds, cute bathroom & tons of linens. My husband & 2 adult children loved the location & the short walk to the beach. The market on the corner by the beach has amazing tacos! The yard was great for our dog. We would visit again.

Not what I was told.

I had specifically asked if there were 2 TV's (1 in the master bedroom) and I was told "Yes." My mom is 78 and goes to bed early (5 pm and has to have the TV on). My bedtime is obviously later, so we both ended up sleeping on the sofas 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed.

Pleasure Point stay

Our stay in Pleasure Point was delightful. The place was exactly as it was described. It had everything we needed and is in a great location. Conveniently located to a beautiful walk along East cliff drive. I would rent it again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Comfortable, thank you for the basics (TP, shampoos conditioner, shower gel, tissues). Beds were comfortable. Plenty of windows to open to cool off. Great fenced in yard for dog and kids. Walked to restaurant for dinner. Couple of corner markets close by. 5 minute walk to ocean for walk and watching surfers. Free minutes drive to beach options. Thanks!

Sweet time at Pleasure Point

We loved this property! The location was excellent, walking distance to the cliffs above Pleasure Point, perfect for watching the surfers and otter that now hangs out there, and an easy walk to Cat and Cloud for coffee and morning treats. We felt like it fit our needs perfectly. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Cottage

The house was really clean and is in a great location. My family stayed in Capitola last year and really preferred this location. Easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, nice, quiet neighborhood. The property managers were very responsive, although we really had no issues. We're hoping to return next year!

great location

This clean and comfortable property was perfect for my group of three. Close to the beach for walks and also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. I would definitely stay again.

Seascape

Lovely spot within short walking distance to the beach to view the surfers, walk along the beach and watch the sunset. Its dog beach was our first stop when we arrived to Santa Cruz. It was great. Hiked in the forest of Nicene Marks to see Redwoods and Aptos creek day after a rainstorm. The Felton train trip was canceled due to high winds, but the Santa Cruz boardwalk train was running on Saturday as well as the rides which my granddaughter loved. No dogs allowed there or on the wharf. Loved our stay at Pleasure point for 3 days. I would have liked some washcloths and more hand towels in the bathroom at the house. otherwise it was very clean. There were books and puzzles which my 5 year old granddaughter loved.

Very convenient location

Very nice house. Was happy that it was mostly fenced for my dog. He could go behind the house to the other attached properties and sneak away, but luckily he is not a wanderer. The kitchen was well stocked, queen bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed in the broken living room furniture, though. There are 2 couches that have 2 recliners built in to each one. The one facing the TV was broken on both recliners. One side wouldn't recline and the other side wouldn't close to sit upright. It was quite annoying. I didn't try the other couch. The living room rug slid extremely easily and I slipped on it. I let the management company know and they fixed it the next day at my request. The bathroom could benefit from being updated. Its a nice large space not is not used very well, and very dated There is mold around the tub that I thought should have been taken care of. Overall, I enjoyed the home and the great location to the beach and restaurants. I loved the area.

Visiting our son James

Our son James went to UC Santa Cruz and now woks and lives here in a one bedroom flat. We have a little pomeranian and the yard was essential for our stay. We will stay here at least once a year as it is 10 times better than a hotel and within 1.5 miles of our sons home.
