"Property was clean, spacious, comfortable, cute, beachy and modern (not funky or grungy - very clean floors!) Very private to be up on second level. Centrally located - fun to be able to people-watch down on to main shopping street, from the comfort and privacy of living space. Convenient walk to everything. Bathrooms are updated, and especially generously-sized. Bedrooms are in back of unit, away from street. Both bedrooms could probably fit Cal King beds, but the Queen sizes were comfortable....

"Great location and the property manager is very responsive. The only issue was the last evening there were kids staying in the unit upstairs and they were up running and screaming at 5:30 am and we could hear as if they were in the same room. The door to the upstairs unit needs to have more soundproofing. Other than that we love staying there."

"We really enjoyed staying here! Being central to all things in Capitola is incredibly lovely and made our trip better. We encountered a few hiccups here and there and the property management team was responsive and prompt in their help provided. All in all, the apartment was clean, parking was incredibly accessible (especially in a city where it can be hard to come by), and it's the perfect spot for a getaway in the lovely city of Capitola!
