Charming Romantic Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage

  • Encantador interior Designer's Yacht Harbour Beach Cottage Aprox 700 Sq. Pie. Aprox. A 3 minutos o 2 1/4 cuadras de la playa de Twin Lakes, el puerto, el restaurante The Crows Nest y otros restaurantes y actividades al aire libre del puerto.

    La casa es una cabaña de dos dormitorios y un baño en la playa con excelente luz orientada al sur. Hay un dormitorio principal con una cama Queen, tocador, TV y ropa de cama de lujo. Un dormitorio de invitados con dos camas individuales (se puede solicitar una cama King) y un televisor de pantalla plana. Un baño con ducha y toallas amplias. La sala de estar tiene capacidad para 6 personas con TV, reproductor de DVD y cómodos muebles de plumas. Por último, la pequeña cocina completa con un acogedor rincón con capacidad para 4.

    Hay tres áreas de asientos exteriores de ladrillo que incluyen los patios traseros y frontales con dos lámparas de calor, una barbacoa, ducha al aire libre con agua caliente y una bañera de hidromasaje para disfrutar al aire libre. El patio trasero está rodeado de altos setos y un hermoso jardín de rosas. Tanto el patio trasero como el frente están cerrados para mayor privacidad y conveniencia para ustedes y sus mascotas.

Wonderful location within easy walk to beach and harbor and close but tucked away from the bustle of the boardwalk. The backyard is an absolute oasis and we loved it!

Awesome spot for family and pets. Backyard was great! Location was 10 min from the beach and restaurants. Easy drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Had a great stay. Great communication with hosts!

We throughly enjoyed this quaint home close to the beach. It had everything we could have needed. The yard was great for the time we spent not at the beach or exploring Santa Cruz.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage, close to the beach and with a nice backyard for relaxing.The kitchen is compact but has everything you need. Great for the two of us to explore Santa Cruz area.

It's a small older two bedroom cottage but very clean. It has all necessary items for cooking, washing, drying, etc. Quiet back yard with a spa, BBQ and table/chairs. Fun for games or relaxing. Located only a few blocks from the ocean, beach and marina.

very clean and neat. Well equipped galley style kitchen. The outside living space was beautiful and very private. It is an older home but well maintained. Good location with good resturants within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.

Well appointed in a desirable location. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. Inside was a bit cramped and some minor repairs are needed but overall a nice stay.

Quaint, lovely cottage - just perfect for the 4 of us. Kitchen was like home - everything we needed. Outdoor space was lovely for relaxing. The hosts were thoughtful, very responsive, and just made us feel welcome. We would come again!

This is a lovely, cozy, clean and welcoming vintage cottage with everything needed including close proximity to the harbor, beach and restaurants. Beautiful yard and responsive management. Definitely repeatable.

Loved staying at this cottage! The location was fantastic and our dogs loved the fenced front and back yard. This was a very character filled older property and we love that, and we definitely hope to stay there again!
