"Another fabulous stay at Kim and Pam’s house! They have everything needed for a comfortable and fun beach vacation in Santa Cruz. We appreciate the cleanliness of the house as well as the extra comfortable beds, abundance of beach towels, use of the washer and dryer, proximity to the beach, and the relaxing yard with it’s cozy hammock. "I can’t recommend this location enough! W. Cliff Dr. is steps away with some of the best ocean views in California. The pier and Boardwalk are also very walkable. Nights are surprisingly quiet, and because of its location you are set back from street noise and people traveling to visit the beach. The on-site parking is super convenient and the space provided accommodates a larger size SUV easily. We hope to have the opportunity for a longer stay in the future. "

"We came to Capitola for my mom’s 80th birthday and to see family that lives locally. This quaint cottage is conveniently located a half block off the main street and a couple blocks from the beach. In spite of the proximity to the commercial center, the cottage was very quiet. The dedicated parking was definitely a plus in this neighborhood! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The only tip I would give to other travelers is if there are any mobility issues, this may not be...
