Second Stay

This was our second stay at this property. It is well laid out, quiet and clean. The only disappointment was the new housing development at the back of the property has taken away much of the view. Still love this property the location is close to everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean with beautiful furnishings and everything one could need while away from home. Peaceful and cozy inside and outside on both patios. Would definitely return on our next visit!

Beautiful Property

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location was perfect for us. The rooms are large with lots of open space, great natural light, and wonderful views out the back patio. We will definitely consider another stay here for future visits.

Spectacular home

This is a beautiful and very clean home in a private but convenient setting. The layout of the house and adjoining casita was perfect for us, with a nice combination of togetherness but privacy. The large kitchen was well stocked in every way for those who choose to cook. Two coffee makers are there, Keurig and traditional filter basket. The back patio was lovely and so nicely furnished, as was the entire house. There is a dining table on the patio, in the kitchen, and a formal dining set in the great room. The mattresses and linens were very comfortable. The St. George and Santa Clara areas are beautiful, and it is hoped they will retain their charm in spite of all the construction and expansion going on. We highly recommend nearby Harmon's upscale grocery store for everything, including fresh foods, prepared soups, and carryout ready-made options. Everyone in the shops and restaurants were very friendly. We definitely would return to this charming home on any future trip to the area.

Huntsman Senior Softball

Loved every minute of it. Beautiful home and property. Extremely clean, well furnished with high end products, comfortable home with one exception (which I hate to report). The location was perfect for our purposes, and Santa Clara is a beautiful city very close to everything St George has to offer. The kitchen was fully stocked, and a large variety of other items, such as coolers, were thoughtfully available for use. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Here's the one exception, which I hope the owners will fix: the bed in the casita was too soft for two people. They end up taco'd together in the middle of the bed. I am looking forward to staying here again.

Inspirational, peaceful, clean, and well equipped

Loved it! Clean, luxury features and linens, and great owners. We were here for our annual company meeting. We cooked many meals, worked, and “touristed”. It was perfect for all three purposes. Clear, easy to follow instructions, access to park your car in the garage, and the community pool (but we had it to ourselves both times we used it) is just across the street. We felt a great energy here, enjoyed the views, and loved watching the afternoon thunderstorms from the patio. Two must dos: the e-bike ride through Snow Canyon (ask Lem about renting e-bikes) and a visit to Bryce Canyon. Superb! Have fun on your visit. You can’t go wrong here.

Great house with one big downfall

Positives: -clean, nicely stocked, beautifully decorated, great views, convenient location, quiet area Negatives: 1. Online listing shows third bedroom with twin beds (and that is what was there when we stayed there on two other occasions) but now has a queen bed with a full bunk on top. The placement of the ladder to the bunk makes it very difficult to even get in the bottom bed. The queen mattress is very uncomfortable. Also, the bed/bunk arrangement means the nightstand lamp cannot be reached from either bed, which negates the point of a "bedside" lamp. 2. No TV in the third bedroom. -All other areas of the house are very nicely furnished, comfortable, and pleasing. So, it's a real disappointment to have that bedroom be a downgrade in furnishings and comfort.

Look no further!

After looking at what felt like hundreds of properties to celebrate a family reunion and birthday, we discovered this fabulous home in a small community nestled inside fabulous lava fields. The view, the view, the view! It was absolutely breathtaking. You'll find yourself relaxing on the patio morning, noon, and night in the relaxing (and clean) outdoor furniture. But what really stole the show was the care, detail, and amenities of this home. High end appliances, linens, beautiful furniture, and comfortable beds. The casita was perfect for a little extra privacy and perfectly appointed. We were so sad to leave. Truly a home away from home. The ONLY constructive feedback we would give is the second bathroom shower head is a bit wonky and the drain is slow. I mean that is literally all we could find not perfect with this house. Book it now! Hurry!
