Villa Natura is a large beachfront vacation villa in Santa Cesarea Terme, ideal for groups of friends and large families, accommodating up to 14 people.

Villa Natura is situated in a panoramic location along Salento?s most beautiful coastal road, with the mountains of Albania on the horizon and the radio picking up nearby Greek radio stations.
The parking area is set back from the road and is for exclusive use. From here, a small gate opens onto the steps leading to the villa, which is arranged on multiple levels.
Spacious outdoor areas are equipped for enjoying relaxing days in the open air, featuring a veranda with a sea view, a sitting area, a barbecue area with tables and chairs, and an outdoor shower to cool off after returning from the beach.
The entrance from the main veranda leads into a beautiful living room: first, there are stone benches with large cushions, followed by a spacious dining room with a TV and fireplace, raised a few steps.
Next to it, on this level, is the modern , open-concept kitchen , fully equipped with all appliances, offering spectacular views of the sea and the iconic Moorish dome of Villa Sticchi.
The sleeping area, with bedrooms situated a few steps above the living area, consists of 5 bedrooms and is complemented by 5 bathrooms with showers.
There are: 1 quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with a sink, 2 triple bedrooms (one of which has an en suite bathroom), and 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, as well as a drying rack.

The vacation villa Villa Natura is a large property located in one of the most picturesque spots along the coastline of Lower Salento, on the Levante Riviera.
A very picturesque road runs between Otranto and Castro, where cliffs plunging into the sea alternate with access points to the deep blue, crystal-clear waters.
Santa Cesarea Terme is a very popular destination for its thermal treatments, but also for its breathtaking scenery and the paths leading down to the sea that resemble natural pools carved into the rock.
In the summer, all major amenities are available.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.          
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
