Gorgeous home on a gorgeous beach. The condo was unique and cozy, kitchen was well-equipped, the shower was super cool, and the view was the best. We had a lovely stay.

Location Location Location

This is a great spot for 2. My hubby and I did a STAY-cation and it was so great to wake up to the ocean every morning and just enjoy the beach. We were able to walk into town for dinner one night and then also cooked at the unit another night. There is a BBQ up top, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Note there is not a dishwasher int he upper unit and I would not have more than 2 people. Great for a weekend escape.

As advertised

The residence was clean and as advertised. The location is right on the sand in a very quiet area of Montecito. it is a short drive to restaurants in Montecito or downtown Santa Barbara. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend!

Beautiful oceanfront home! Nice gated community with in walking distance from the Miramar Hotel for brunch thru the gate. Enjoyed local shopping and restaurants. Will be back next year.

You must stay here!

This place was amazing and had so much character. The location was perfect to everything in Montecito and Santa Barbara. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Don’t miss out by staying somewhere else! The communication from the management company was great. We will be back!

Good for a couple

This is a fantastic location, but it is really only good for a couple, maybe a child or two but not 3 or 4 adults. The reason is the second bed is a fold out sofa that is very uncomfortable. Our adult child ended up sleeping on the sofa folded up. Also, the shower is in the bedroom but the toilet/sink is right next to the kitchen so also fine for a couple but not more than 2 adults. By the way, for the price it is still a great place for a couple. The deck is fantastic and hearing the ocean is great. Also FYI, the shower walls are large stones which look cool but never really dry out so the place is musty, especially after using the shower. We would consider staying there again, but I could see how some people would be put off by this. The hosts were great. The rooftop deck is great. Are while there were downstairs tenants when we were there, there was no problem with the shared stairway. Also, a big plus is you can walk down the beach 3 minutes to the Miramar Beach Hotel for drinks or a meal.

Beach Business Getaway

I needed a place to stay for a retreat and decided to rent a beach house rather than stay at a hotel. The Boat House was adorable and cozy - right on the sand. You could sleep to the sound of the waves and drink your coffee as the sun rose over the surf. The only ONLY issue was that the neighbor's decks were an inch away... so there was no privacy whatsoever. Other than that, it was perfect.

Perfect weekend getaway

My best friend and I stayed at this beautiful little home for a long weekend and it was a perfect getaway. From the location of the home that’s close to by plenty of restaurants and hikes, not to mention being literally on the beach to the comfort of the home and amenities, nothing was lacking. Enjoying that amazing view any time of the day was the highlight of the trip. Will go back here if I got the chance. Thanks for having us!

2nd time here and we will be back!!!

We stayed here last year (Feb 2022) and loved it so much we decided to do it again this year. Can't say enough good things. The location is perfect, the rental is superb. Such craftsmanship, uniqueness, comfort. I love being able to sit on the couch on a cool night with the fireplace on and the doors open to hear and see the surf. Morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise is the best. We will be back again next year.

A week in paradise

We loved the property. It was perfect for our family vacation. Our kids were at the Santa Barbara Zoo camp all week and spent the afternoons in the ocean. We couldn't have found a better place for us.

Fantastic!

The location of this place is amazing. We really enjoyed uniqueness of the property and having direct access to the beach. Being so close to the Miramar and San Ysidro is an amazing perk. We loved every minute of our stay and would happily come back.

Perfect spot on the beach

We love this rental. The doors wide open to see and hear the ocean while the fireplace keeps you warm. Very cozy with everything you need. Comfortable bed and great shower. Rooftop deck with grill was an added bonus. We will return!!

First Beach House

I like the beach but my girlfriend is the big beach enthusiast, I am more of a road trip guy but wanted to give her the vacation of her dreams this year. I must say I was extremely impressed, it’s something I would definitely do again, I had a fantastic time. The location and rental property were perfect and the beach location wasn’t really that crowded even though it was June.

Amazing views

Overall the house is exactly as described. Small, quaint, rustic but cute. Fireplace was a great addition. Lots of extra towels linens etc. pullout couch surprisingly comfortable. Beach is amazing. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the dishes and silverware. Montecito was a mile walk and a great surprise as it is so pretty! Highly recommend.

Wonderful beach front property with a great bed, linens & towels. Beach toys and kayaks included.

Easy directions for check in and out . Property manager was kind enough to drive our misplaced phone half way to the airport so we would not miss our flight.

Spectacular Beachfront

What a dream to wake up to this view! Absolutely wonderful property. After celebrating a birthday with my mother, I came back to this slice of heaven and never left during my stay. The property manager was very responsive about an issue - thank you so much for that! I can't wait to come back.
