"Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B."

"We had a great stay at this property during our 5 night stay. Pros: Location, location, location! This property is in a great location for everything downtown. The Moxi, the Zoo, East Beach, all minutes away.We appreciated the open layout kitchen and three bedrooms that were comfy and had plenty of linens.
