I took my mom and daughter on a girls trip and it was great stay. Location is perfect! Walking distance to butterfly beach and downtown Montecito.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and the location makes for easy walks to town and beach. Also, very easy access to freeway. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful girl's weekend here. The location is truly unbeatable! I was also surprised that the place felt much larger than the photos show, and the back patio in the cover photo has been completely redesigned. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area and hope to get the opportunity to stay again some time!

It was the most perfect rental for my husband and myself. Fabulous location….. plenty of space in the house….. wonderful large kitchen…. Most importantly Kerry was so kind and helpful…. Always available .. it was our best trip!

Wonderful location!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The check in process was very easy, beds were comfy and the house in general was very cozy. Love the location, and walking distance to the beach, coffee, wonderful bakeries, restaurants and shops.

Calm, quiet location located a few minutes walk from both the restaurants and shops on Coast Village Road and the sun and sand of Butterfly Beach. Beautifully decorated in a classic style. Well organized for both guest privacy and hanging out with friends. A lovely L of entrance hallway, living room, dining room, and kitchen, with bedrooms and bath to the side. We didn’t use the back patio, but it is spacious. Such a peaceful space!

This location is perfectly located between the beach and the charming downtown, both 5 min walk. We had a very nice relaxing stay. This home was very clean and we had plenty of room for three adults and a tiny pup.

Beach getaway

Great property, close to the beach and restaurants, both walking distance. Close to the Zoo also! Got away from the heat of the valley for a nice cooler weekend.

This is our second time staying in the property and we loved it. We came back with our kids this time and it was perfect for our family of four. Good size house with everything we needed for a week. What really makes the house special is the location since it's a 5 min walk from the beach and a 5 min walk from downtown with lots of cute stores and restaurants. Kerry was very communicative throughout the visit while also being respectful of our space. If I needed something he responded quickly and helpfully. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
