This is definitely no worth $250 night. It feels like a $80-90/night deal. It is far from Downtown Santa Barbara and nothing is around. Parking is not included. The rooms are decorated nicely and it is clean but they are very basic. Pillows and beds are uncomfortable with cheap bedding. The elevator had a food smell the whole time. Overall we were not happy with the hotel. Very disappointing :/

Buena experiencia.
Check in Sencillo, clara y amable la recepcionista. La habitation perfecta, buen tamaño, cómoda la cama, todo muy limpio. El local cobra el estacionamiento pero no vi que haya alguien cuidando o algún tipo de seguridad para ingreso en el mismo. El desayuno no lo pudimos aprovechar porque termina muy temprano, deberían extenderlo un poco. Excelente que tienen area de lavado que puede ser utilizado por uno mismo.

This is a clean, no frills place. The location is right off the freeway, all cement, very little green space, remote and a 10 minute drive to shopping

The staff went above and beyond when they found my daughter’s doll after we checked out before we even realized it was missing. We were already far from the property and the front desk immediately offered to ship to our home. Our daughter has ASD and losing stuffed animals can seriously trigger her so this was truly an incredible act of kindness by the staff. We are eternally grateful and had a very lovely stay!

It’s a bit of a strange location next to the freeway and a U-Haul rental. The room was average and breakfast was okay. There is a Mexican restaurant next door but otherwise expect to drive.

To our greatest disappointment, we were met with insects in the bathroom as well as severely scuffed bed sheets upon arriving to our assigned room. We decided to give the management benefit of the doubt and kindly returned to the front desk to report the issue to the representative on duty. He apologized for this incident and promised the sheets would be changed promptly. We left the property to give the cleaning team the opportunity to remediate to the situation. We returned a couple hours later and noticed the same issues. The front desk offered no solution, no compassion and no regrets as to what customers were being met with at this Hyatt location. We decided to check-out immediately and not stay for the night we had initially booked. The thought of spending the night in such hazardous environment was inconceivable.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk staff friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very plentiful with a great assortment of foods. While the location is convenient, it was hard to access coming from the south. The train was a bit on the loud side. Parking fee was a surprise to me.
