2nd time here. Good location with nice accommodations and very comfortable rooms. Walkable to Funk Zone, nice restaurants and wharf. BBQ was nice and new. Tight garage with two cars. Still a bit baffled that 1st floor ensuite bath has no window coverings over tub or next to shower. Not much privacy for a 1st floor bathroom that you can look into from the next door backyard especially at night. Easy to fix with inexpensive blinds like every other window in 1st floor bedroom.

Great location for exploring the funk zone. Each bedroom on a separate level was great for privacy. We were OK with no air conditioning, but in really hot weather, it may be uncomfortable. The 2 car garage is nice, but there is a large table being stored in there, and that really reduced the room for our cars - it was a very tight squeeze. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the service was great.

The location is perfect for walking to breakfast, to the beach, to the Funk Zone, downtown state street, and more. Very spacious condo and well equipped kitchen too. Is perfect for families or retreats.

perfect location but unit needs updates

This rental is in a perfect location for accessing restaurants, shops and the beach. Really cool architecture. Unfortunately, the beds and living room furniture were broken down and uncomfortable. Parking is terrible. Street parking was impossible and maintenance crews onsite everyday making access to driveway and garage challenging. The condos face each other and echo noises. Maintenance crews were onsite everyday and it felt like they were inside the units talking and they parked their truck 8' from front door entrance from 8a-5p. Overall, great location but too expensive for having worn out beds and living room furniture and dealing with the daily noise.

Lovely Condo

Condo is in a lovely quiet neighborhood and walking distance to beach and State Street.Well stocked kitchen and beautiful grounds. Could probably use new beds (a bit on the soft side for us) Overall, great stay would highly recommend.

Girls Weekend Trip

My friends and I hadn't been together for two years and this property was in a perfect location. After we got aclamated to the area, we walked to State Street, Stearns Wharf and resutrants on Cabrillo. Returned to the house for more chatting and togetherness! Also, the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 3 adult women! Loved our stay. PS we forgot to leave a message in the guest book, please forward to owners.

My Birthday weekend

It was perfect for all of us because each room had its own bathroom and separate floors. For privacy but the main living area was perfect for family game night and visiting with other family members very spacious. We loved the master suite. Lots of space.

Perfect spot to enjoy Santa Barbara

We loved the location and walked each day to the beach, the Funk Zone, State Street, and the Wharf. It was an easy walk to the bike shop to rent e-bikes and cruise up to the Mission and over to Montecito. The house was comfortable and well kept, and the upper patios were perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine!

Great Santa Barbara House

We were in Santa Barbara for our son's wedding, and this house was perfect for our needs. It was large enough to accommodate our family comfortably, and it had everything we needed. The home is beautiful inside and out. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to the beach and great restaurants. We did have some maintenance issues during our stay, but we followed the instructions in the book and they were taken care of quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nothing short of spectacular

We loved the location of this property. It’s walking distance to great shops, coffee, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone was friendly. It was perfect for 6 adults but would’ve been lovely with our kids too! Every room was spacious with plenty of room to unpack. The balconies were so great to take in the weather and the views. I cannot recommend this house enough. We will definitely stay here when we come back with our kids.

Beautiful Property in Excellent Location

The property was beautiful in an excellent location to State Street and beach. It is fully stocked and very clean. The only comment is the kitchen drawers are hard to close and some of the furnishings need to be updated.

Santa Barbara Weekend

We enjoyed the property and its proximity to the Warf and downtown as well. I highly recommend this property as long as you are ok with stairs, as there is a bedroom on each of the 3 floors.

A great spot for a family affair

Fantastic location in Santa Barbara to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Funk Zone. Comfortable, spacious, great kitchen and living space for dinners and gatherings. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. A fantastic stay.
