Perfect vacation spot

This home is in beautiful condition and the decor and furnishings are very upscale. Located in a quiet neighborhood only a couple of blocks from State Street with all Santa Barbara has to offer. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Love this cottage!

This is our third year we have stayed in this beautiful west Victorian cottage. Erin, the owner, is lovely to work with and she will make sure it is in tiptop shape before you arrive. The location is ideal for us because we love to walk everywhere and State Street is not far as well as many the restaurants and coffee shops we enjoy. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need while you were there. We cook quite a few nights, so this was important to us. The house is supplied with beach chairs, and towels, which is also nice. I love doing yoga and my workouts on the front artificial grass lawn on beautiful days. On cooler days it’s nice having the fire pit in the backyard and we have had many evenings with friends around it.

Awesome house and location !

This house was exactly as described! The house was super clean and well stocked with all the amenities I have in my own home. It is minutes from State Street and Public Market. I loved soaking up the sun in the front yard and really enjoyed the neighborhood. Erin was a great host, She was very communicative making check-in and out very easy. I will definitely be back !

Great cottage near downtown

This updated Victorian has it all: front porch and back patio, large primary suite, huge closets, well-equipped kitchen, and an unbeatable location near downtown restaurants and sights. Especially convenient for shows at the Arlington and Granada theaters, and for the annual film festival. We spent a month here, and loved it.

Really well presented, spacious and comfortable home- all walking distance to the action on State Street. Other than the noise from passing vehicles in this nice residential street, it is very quiet and the neighbours friendly. A great choice for a stay in SB

Great to rent again!

We love this cottage for its comfortable size and location, sweet backyard with heater, nice and fully equipped kitchen. This is the second time we have rented this home and it was great to be back. The location is right down from the Public Market and upper State Street, which is particularly wonderful. The only drawback is parking can be tricky at times and you might need to circle the block to find a place. This was not a big deal for us.

Ideally located cute cottage

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped house with a great front porch. In a 6- week stay I rarely needed a car. Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants,film festival and more. Great linens, dishes, etc. Convenient laundry. Nicely decorated. A top find!

Our Sons Wedding

We rented this property for our youngest son's wedding to his high school sweetheart. Not only was it exceptionally clean and comfortable, it was extremely convenient to down town and the wedding ceremony and venue. Lynn was so gracious to us and answered ALL my questions, even the really crazy one like was some of the decor was purchased. I would highly recommend staying in this beautifully updated older home.

Home away from home

The Cottage is a lovely property. The beds are very comfortable, the decor and furnishings are tasteful, and the home is well- equipped. We enjoyed daily walks to State street and the easy drive to the beaches.

Lovely!

It's a comfortable and lovely home, with great outdoor space. We were there during the "heat dome". Thankfully it has AC! Easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to all the beaches.

Lovely property near State Street

We totally enjoyed our 6 week stay here. The house is lovely, comfortable for my husband and me, a delightful small backyard with a propane fire table we loved and used with friends on cool nights, a good well appointed kitchen and the owners have thought through things you need to enjoy your stay like beach chairs and towels. My husband really appreciated the big screen smart TV. The location is terrific, quiet and easy going- just 3 blocks from the Public Market and we walked or rode our bikes everywhere and needed our car for infrequently. We will be back!

Wonderful weekend downtown

Cutest home with perfect location. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the proximity to great food and coffee. The home was well taken care of, really comfortable beds and clean. We enjoyed afternoons swinging on the porch and evenings having take out by the fire in the back. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Loved it

The house was amazing and specious and so close to main town area. Everything was neat and tidy. Check in was easy. We had a great time. Only thing to take note of is the second bathroom and shower is tiny if you are 4 adults. we managed fine but just to take note of. Otherwise really loved it.
