Nice place to stay!
We stayed here a week and were able to enjoy staying in, walking to the beach, and was a close walk to liquor and grocery store. They had a bottle of champagne for us when we arrived which we greatly appreciated!

Perfect Location, Charming Property
Everything about this property is 5 Star. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach, marina and downtown. It is easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has all amenities to make your stay easy and pleasant. This is my third stay at this lovely property and I plan to return often.

Smoke alarm would go off every time the shower was used, the view from the 2 porches is looking at a roof, the best view is out the front window. The brochures left for reading were out of date (2015). The balcony off the french doors had a screen but it didnt work when trying to pull into place and it was torn. Location was excellent and shower pressure was very nice!!

Santa Barbara Beauty
My partner and I arrived on the Fourth of July, and just as others have stated everything was absolutely perfect. As we entered the lovely wooden front door, I was pleasantly surprised at all of the beautiful views from all the windows, and how tastefully it was decorated, including high-end appliances and a great bottle of wine in fridge! The walk score was perfect, we enjoyed nearby restaurants and the fireworks at the wharf. The shower was one of the best I’ve had in awhile. We also enjoyed the patios, specifically the one off the Master. The designated parking space was a added bonus. We plan to return again.

The condo was on the top floor, no noise, extremely clean, easy check in, great communication, and perfect location (we stayed for 3 nights and didn’t once get into our car because everything was in walking distance).

Perfect Anniversary Getaway
My husband and I usually stay in a hotel when we visit Santa Barbara, and we decided to try a rental this time. This place was perfect! We enjoyed the close proximity to the Funk Zone and the beach, and the apartment was just perfectly appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this place shines. Easy to get into and out of, Upscale appliances, Spotlessly clean. Excellent value and just minutes to beach/harbor and within a $8 Uber/Lyft ride to Lower State St.

Everything you need!
A cute and clean 3rd floor (walk up) apartment. Very efficient with the small space that it is. King bed was comfortable (on the firmer side vs. the softer side), and there's a good sized closet for clothing. Kitchen island gives you enough space to make a meal - only salt and pepper on hand, just FYI. Living room is comfortable, and there's a small dining table, desk for working if you need it, and washer/dryer. The two outdoor spaces are small but very nice to use, weather permitting. Enjoyed the dimmable lights in all the rooms. We locked ourselves out and someone came quickly to let us back in - really appreciated that!! The views of the mountains out of the living room were lovely. The tile floors were a little cool for us (weather was colder), so bring slippers or thick socks if you are visiting in winter. The free parking space was a bonus, and it's a short drive/long walk to State street and a quick walk to the beach. Thumbs up!!

Loved it!
My husband and I loved this penthouse unit. Everything was just as described. Obviously the owners take great pride in providing top notch accommodations. The location was fantastic and allowed us to walk to coffee, dining, shopping and the beach. The private veranda was great to kick back and relax. We would love to return to this west beach penthouse on future trips to Santa Barbara.

Well above average cleanliness for Santa Barbara VRBO. Only nit: Slightly funky older building smell. Very quiet despite proximity to train tracks and freeway which was appreciated by this very light sleeper.

Adorable place, close to everything
Very cozy and clean condo. Central location to restaurants and the beach. You can walk if you don’t have a car. There are bike rentals in town also which were fun. The zoo isn’t too far either. Good time had in Santa Barbara.

Great location and
My wife and I stayed here on our wedding weekend and had a great time. It was a very quick walk to get to/from State St / the Funk Zone / the beach. The unit itself was cute and clean, and had all the amenities we needed while we were visiting. We loved spending time on the lounge-chairs reading. The unit is in a housing-complex that also seemed safe and quiet. Would stay again!

Great location and cute spot
The property was overall great. The location was very convenient to walk to restaurants, tasting rooms, the Sunday art fair, etc. My only negative comment is that the pillows were pretty bad and didn't provide any sort of support. The bed itself was great and very comfortable! Just subpar pillows.

Great location!
We stayed for almost 2 weeks and worked remotely for part of the time. The location was amazing and the rental was really comfortable and quiet. While the kitchen is small it was perfect. It was fully equipped with all the necessities. This was our second trip to this condo and we’d definitely come back. You can’t beat the location - just 2 blocks from the beach and minutes away from great restaurants, tasting rooms, and shopping! And the location is conveniently located near the highway for easy access to neighboring areas.

Beautiful view, comfortable & bright!
We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. The place was well equipped. They even supplied pods and dryer sheets to do your laundry. The outside balconies were a great place to hang out in the sun and drink the bottle of complimentary champagne. We ate lunch at Brophy Brothers by the water and had dinner at Loquitas on State Street. We took Melanie's recommendation and drove up to the Sunstone Vineyard in Santa Ynez and grabbed a sandwich at the El Rancho Market. We also visited the quaint little town of Los Olivos where there are wine tasting rooms galore. We stopped at Liquid Farm (dog friendly) and ran into a Hollywood director and some of her crew who happened to film a movie recently in our home town in West Hartford, CT.

Wonderful SB Stay
My husband and I stayed here for several nights while attending a wedding weekend in Monecito. We loved the close proximity to old town and the beach! The interior is gorgeous and I'm still dreaming of the comfortable bed! One note: be careful with the balcony with the grill, the door feels unlocked from the inside but locked from the outside. We learned our lesson and got locked out one evening around midnight, luckily another guest let us their phone and the property manager contacted the housekeeper to come save us!

Excellent accommodation
We stayed here for three nights while visiting friends nearby. It was quite nice! From the comfortable bed to the updated kitchen and bath to the beautiful view of the mountains and pleasant neighborhood, it fit our needs perfectly. We were busy and only ate breakfast here, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped and was very attractive. The apartment had a lovely European feel! We would definitely stay here again!

Santa Barbara with ease
This one bedroom apartment is in a lovely building, close to the wharf and very convenient to getting around Santa Barbara. It is mostly quiet, though you will hear a train whistle. The bed is a king and comfortable. All the amenities exist but if you are going to cook there is nothing in the way of salt and pepper or olive oil so do buy a bit for yourself. It's great to have off-street parking and two small balconies. The view from the living room at sunset on the peaks is also lovely. You can walk to Toma (good Italian food) and Jeanine's ( breakfast and lunch food ) but most other restaurants require a car. Still nothing is very far away. We also hiked, beach walked, and spent time in the botanical garden, all in mid-December. Recommend this place.

Loved our getaway!
We 100% enjoyed our stay in the penthouse! We were in town for a family wedding and extended our stay in Santa Barbara, so it was more affordable to stay here than the hotel. The place was very comfortable, the mountain view was calming, the location was excellent and we'd stay here again! We also loved the Hotel Collection bath towels and the shower with GREAT pressure. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful apartment in a great location
We’re so glad we stayed here! It’s a great, light-filled space in a neighborhood that’s convenient both to downtown and the beach. Amazingly quiet thanks to double-paned windows. Nicely appointed with hassle-free check-in/out. We would gladly stay here again.

Thoroughly delightful!
Charming, with so much character! We loved everything about the affordable penthouse. The location is ideal, and even though the train tracks are only a couple blocks away, the frequent whistle sounds more like a nostalgic off-in-the-distance one than a coming-though-your-living room whistle (which we recently experienced elsewhere). The house is extremely quiet – you will hear very little from your neighbors or the street. The bed and bedding were quite comfy (and I am very particular!) but the flat, hard pillows could stand to be replaced with fresh, fluffy ones. Water pressure in the shower was outstanding and the towels were thick and fluffy. The unit was very bright, as there were windows facing all four directions. I never got tired of the view of the mountains over the city! We enjoyed both outdoor areas but, a warning – the door to the smaller patio is the kind that allows you to go out without first unlocking it. DO NOT pull that door shut behind you or you will be locked out! (Good thing my husband likes me enough to let be back in.) The dedicated parking spot was appreciated. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

A getaway within a getaway
Beautiful 3rd floor condo with every amenity desired. We actually chose to eat dinner in the condo 2 of our 3 nights just so we could sit at the table and overlook the street, palm trees and mountains. Very clean and updated. My only suggestion would be a more comfortable couch but I would still rate this as one of my favorite rentals.

Long Wedding Weekend
Charming, comfortable, and well-located (blocks from the beach, close to State Street, easy freeway access). Appreciated reserved parking! When we decided not to rush home to 100-degree temperatures and smoke, an extension was quickly and easily granted. We would definitely stay here again!

Don’t miss out of staying here!
The penthouse apartment was amazing! Decorated beautifully & so much more! 2 blocks from the beach & Stern’s Wharf. We kept the windows open at night for the cool breeze & really didn’t use the A/C unit in the bedroom. I can’t wait to return! Only suggestion I would have is to supply salt & pepper, basic paper products rather than having to use the dishwasher or wash by hand.

Perfect location
Property is ideally located to wharf and funk zone restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful after a day of busy touristing. Fully equipped and comfortable. Having the designated off-street parking space was a plus. Be aware that this unit is on the 3rd floor - makes for a great view and lovely breezes, but it does require stairs to get there - no elevator.
