We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is light and bright, very clean and quiet, with pleasant views. The shower was great and the bed and other furniture were in good condition and comfortable. The deck and lounge chairs were very nice, we spent a good deal of time there just enjoying the beautiful weather. The location is ideal, it's an easy and pleasant walk to State St and the beach and harbor. There were a few very minor issues (entry instructions could be updated, toaster half-worked, could use some instructions for hvac units, wax buildup on table, one or two of the stove burners wouldn't light) but they did not adversely affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying again the next time we're in Santa Barbara!

Perfect Cozy Home 2 blocks From the Beach

If you’re ok with the stairs (we were) this is a lovely, fully appointed home away from home in a super walkable location. Full kitchen, including dishwasher, very private patio space and a lovely mountain view of the SB Riviera. This cozy penthouse apt was very quiet and the bed comfortable (really lovely linens). Parking was a big plus. Communications with both the manager and the on-site manager were quick and responsive. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely time here. The view from the front window was fabulous. We never used the terrace because the window view was so perfect. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Melonie/Ally replied promptly to all our questions with great advice on restaurants and Wineries. Unit has air conditioning which is a must for us. Parking was also a plus. Couple of minor issues. Bed skirt was too long and I tripped a few times. Shower head needs replacement or to be cleaned. Overall excellent vacation rental.

Great stay, the accommodations were great. Important to us comfortable bed, good water pressure and temps for the shower, walkable to the sea and restaurants, air conditioning and washer and dryer. This place had everything. We would book again.

Summer Getaway

This place is incredible. We vacation every summer on the Callifornia coast and this is the best. Location is great, two blocks to beach, restaurants, wharf etc. Great furnishings that are comfortable and higher quality. So much better than the more crowded beaches in southern California. We will return soon.

Nice place to stay!

We stayed here a week and were able to enjoy staying in, walking to the beach, and was a close walk to liquor and grocery store. They had a bottle of champagne for us when we arrived which we greatly appreciated!

Perfect Location, Charming Property

Everything about this property is 5 Star. The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach, marina and downtown. It is easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has all amenities to make your stay easy and pleasant. This is my third stay at this lovely property and I plan to return often.

Smoke alarm would go off every time the shower was used, the view from the 2 porches is looking at a roof, the best view is out the front window. The brochures left for reading were out of date (2015). The balcony off the french doors had a screen but it didnt work when trying to pull into place and it was torn. Location was excellent and shower pressure was very nice!!

Santa Barbara Beauty

My partner and I arrived on the Fourth of July, and just as others have stated everything was absolutely perfect. As we entered the lovely wooden front door, I was pleasantly surprised at all of the beautiful views from all the windows, and how tastefully it was decorated, including high-end appliances and a great bottle of wine in fridge! The walk score was perfect, we enjoyed nearby restaurants and the fireworks at the wharf. The shower was one of the best I’ve had in awhile. We also enjoyed the patios, specifically the one off the Master. The designated parking space was a added bonus. We plan to return again.

Perfect Location

The condo was on the top floor, no noise, extremely clean, easy check in, great communication, and perfect location (we stayed for 3 nights and didn’t once get into our car because everything was in walking distance).
