"House is nice, everything was as described. I saw comments about the alley in the back but to be honest the parking is behind a gate and so is the garbage dumpster so everything is secured then you walk right to the condo so I felt safe. The only thing I would ask is to leave an extra trash bag if guest are staying more than 1 day and possible have a mop in case of accidents. But overall this place is wonder and beds are very comfortable."

"Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest.
