I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. "Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs. "Excellent hospitality. Shuttle service for to and fro from varca is seamless. Would definitely prefer them as my first preference for stay in south goa. Also the food was too good. Couldn't find something to complain about."
