"Came to the area for some live music at a local venue one evening. Blue Aztec was very clean and comfortable, oh and AC was ice cold! "

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"The guesthouse was clean and comfortable. The location is great. Just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops as well as Lake Monroe. The hosts were wonderful. Had a small hiccup with the refrigerator and Jose had it dealt with quickly. Will stay here again if in this area. Highly recommend this guesthouse."

"Es una hermosa propiedad con un personal poco capacitado,la limpieza es deficiente e inaceptable hay cucarachas objetos de clientes anteriores,las tohallas sucias y manchadas,la manta de taparse sin cambiar (con un olor espantoso)La habitacion que me asignaron no fue inspeccionada por un supervisor o personal a cargo.Al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dolares aunque no mencionan eso a la hora de la resrva y entrar a la habitacion para encontrar total decepcion "

"This apartment is super cute! I love the brick and the tile in the kitchen. We had a great time. Front porch is great to relax on, the kids lived the hammock. The back yard is also really cute. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"The location was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was just as described and exceeded our expectations. Sara contacted us when a storm knocked out electric and wifi for a bit and kept us updated. The home is warm and is kind of a step back in time but up to date at the same time. The guest apartment is a bonus as well as the balcony. We have stayed at many Vrbo homes and some were great and others just okay. But we will definitely visit this one again. It is a gem. "
