"We had more than a few challenges, and the response from the hotel's management was less than professional. This was a disappointment, as we have stayed there before and the approach, even when things went wrong, was always professional. I am hoping that this was a one-off experience!"

If you are able to paddle board or kayak to the 3 islands in the far front of the property, you could even spot a wretched boat ..."
