"Room was listed as a one bedroom with king bed and a couch. Listing stated the room accommodated 4 people. When we arrived late in the evening and checked in, we discovered that there was no pull out couch. We messaged the host who didn't respond after multiple attempts to reach him until late the next day. Asked for a blow up mattress or a cot to which he completely ignored us for the rest of our stay. The unit is in need of updates as the couch is in rough shape with rips and patches that...

"I can’t say enough good about our stay. Everything was excellent. Beds were all very comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in good condition. House was very clean. Host was always very communicative. Easy to get in touch with and work out any issues. We would definitely stay in this location again."

Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt."

"Awkward, tight layout. When table is open the fridge can only be opened part way. Have to stand on a padded footstool to reach pots or pans. Also very hard to reach glasses/dishes. Thermostat is next to only window so sleep temp is very hard to control as it's 67 even with the heat off. Bed is comfortable. Resort shuttle is very good and free. Ski valet is very good and boot locker room. No way could more than 2 people fit though. Only place to store suitcases was up high above the closets. ...
