"My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants.

"Pros: Excellent location, very convenient and close to main attractions.
Cons: the rooms could use some maintenance. The bathrooms feel a bit neglected, the shower lighting is quite poor, and the hot water does not last very long. With some improvements in these areas, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience."

"This property is beautiful. The pool is crystal clear, the staff was incredibly friendly and whatever detergent they use smelled fresh and clean thought the whole unit. And the bartender DeShawn (sp?) is 5 stars! The best freshly made drinks the whole vacation. My husband won't shut up about the margarita lol. Would absolutely go back!"
