Swimming pool was awesome and a great size. Staff member Wyan was very helpful and always with a smile. We didn’t eat many lunches or dinners and the restaurant seemed mainly used for breakfast so it was a bit quiet at night. The meals were good but not great . "I loved my one week stay here. The villa was newly renovated with a mini fridge, secluded balcony, and a built in day-bed sofa. The pool is beautiful. The staff are wonderful. The spa services were also superb. So close to Sandy Bay Beach Club and also walkable to many other restaurants, shops, spas, sights, and beaches. It’s nothing fancy, the bed was a bit hard, and you may hear your neighbors from time to time, but I still highly recommend. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Castaway! The staff were beyond lovely and so helpful with anyone we asked. The hotel is gorgeous and perfect if you were travelling with other people - shared pool which is quite close to everyone else’s rooms but it makes for a nice relaxing environment anyway. It’s walkable to mushroom beach, super easy and close, The ONLY negative is the bar across the road plays louddd live music every night until approx 10-11pm but in all honesty it didn’t really effect us...

"Lugar nuevo son 4 cabañas bonitas y funcionales, cama muy cómoda. La piscina y desayuno muy bien. El personal amable pero no hablan mucho inglés. Contratamos un tour con ellos y es mucho mas caro que contratarlo por fuera, para tener en cuenta. "

"We had a really lovely weeks stay! Our room was really comfortable. Enjoyed the nice pool too. The location is great within walking distance to good local restaurants and Mushroom Bay. What really made our stay was Putu who really went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met from day cooking us very tasty yummy breakfasts to organising transport, snorkel trips, being so kind and helpful. Thank you Putu! Love to go back and highly recommend! "
