I stayed here for a week. The owner sentana and his family were absolutely amazing. I felt so welcomed, safe and will stay here everytime.

The island in general was very special and the family at The Dafish was just wonderful. I stayed in one of their deluxe cottages which gave me privacy and yet the ability to interact with the daily goings on. The village is very friendly and the Dafish family in particular could not do enough for you. They made my visit a pleasure. I would definitely come back.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Tranfert depuis le port pas très pratique et cher. L'hotel de gère pas les transferts. Notre bungalow donnait sur la rue, boules quies obligatoires pour dormir.

Second time staying here. Good for the price. Slightly run down compared to our first visit 5 years ago. Family run and all the staff are amazing! So friendly. So helpful. Can’t say enough good things about staff. Breakfast is simple but good. Rooms are dated but clean with comfy beds. Air con is not the greatest. Lacked amenities, our room only had two pool towels, no regular towels. No bottled water. No coffee. Pool needs repair and cleaning.

The Da Fish is a lovely little place, the staff there a fantastic and is what makes this place so good, we did have a few things that we weren't to happy about, our room didn't have a fridge or coffee & tea maker which is advertised in all travel companies, the owner Santana was wonderful and got us a little fridge to put our drinks in, the air conditioning was good at night but no good if you want to lay down during the day to get out of the heat. We had breakfast included in our stay which was eggs each day with fruit and coffee one day we also was given bacon and tomato was locely. We went out with Santana in his boat snorkeling and it was absolutely amazing you must do this if you stay here, we hired scooters for 2 days which was great, there is a lot of little places to eat out at within walking distance our favorite place was the sea breeze, we also dined at Da Fish burgers and pizza was great. Danah ( not sure if I spelt this right) is an asset to this place, the most loveliest young man we have met

Nice stay but not fabulous property.

The staff were lovely but the property is 3 star at best. There was a lot of noise at night from dogs fighting and the electricity went off each day. The AC in the bedroom struggled to keep up with the heat. Bathrooms were very ordinary. It’s a cute facility but nothing to write home about.

Great place for the price!

It was a perfect place for what we wanted. We were busy on adventures during the day and it was a nice place for us to come back to and relax in the evening. The only negative, it is a small one, is that the air conditioner didn't cool the room very well. The owners were very courteous and helpful. They are good people.

Perfect spot

This great little spot was perfect and great value. The service was outstanding. The people here are what make this place. Easy communication and always going out of their way to help. It’s close to all the best things, easily walkable to secret beach, blue lagoon, Mahana point and several ocean front bars and restaurants to watch the sunset. The breakfast was good, the pool was the perfect temperature. The gardens area is new and still growing but that will improve with time. I would happily stay again and refer my friends and family.

Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful. Booked all our trips/boats/scooter rentals from them. Great location. Had problems with our initial room air con, quick to try and fix it but still wasn’t working so gave us a new room. Pool is nice, salt water, very refreshing after a long day in the sun. Lots of options for food around. Only cons was a bit loud with road noise and animals but nothing crazy. Also, no hot water in the showers. Would definitely stay again. Great place for the price.

Pretty good

Great place with a family vibe. Service was good and they always went the extra mile. The accommodation was pretty basic but nice. I recommend renting a scooter to explore the two islands.

Perché sur l île de Ceningan

Le cottage de luxe est plein de charme avec sa salle de bain extérieure. Le personnel est au petit soin et le restaurant est excellent! Transfert original au bateau en scotter. L endroit est paradisiaque, dommage qu' on ait pu l apprécier à sa juste valeur avec la forte secousse ressentie...

Zeker een aanrader!

Wij hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad bij The Dafish. De hutjes zien er goed uit, zijn erg schoon en worden elke dag schoon gemaakt. Ook de buitenbadkamer met warme douche ziet er goed en schoon uit. Ook biedt The Dafish snorkeltrips aan wat een aanrader is. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen bij The Dafish en raden het zeker aan!

Tolle Bleibe auf der Nusa Cenninga

Kleine aber gut eingerichtete Häuschen nit Klimanalage und Aussenbad und schönem Pool. Einfaches aber gutes Frühstück, das einem gebracht wird sowie nette Mitarbeiter, die einem bei allem behilflich sind und auch Touren (z. B. Mantaschnorchel) anbieten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei The Dafish sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben als Willkommensgetränk einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft erhalten. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundschaftlich. Vor allem Dana und Kadek haben immer gute Laune verbreitet und unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Auch der Schnorchelausflug mit Sentana war ein Traum! Das Bungalow war sauber und das große Bett bequem. Ein großes Plus ist der Balkon und die Terrasse sowie der Pool, der zum Abkühlen diente. Das Frühstück, Mittags- und Abendessen haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die frisch gepressten Obstsäfte (mein Favorit: Drachenfrucht), die Cocktails und der frisch zubereitete Fisch ist sehr empfehlenswert. Preis/Leistung war das Essen im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants günstig und ein Gaumenschmaus. Die Unterkunft ist auf der Insel Nusa Ceningang zwar etwas abgelegen, aber fern vom Massentourismus. Der Strand Secret Point Beach ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Man kann sich problemlos einen Roller mieten und die Hauptinsel Nusa Lembongan erkunden. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns bei The Dafish von unserer zweiwöchigen Bali Reise am Besten gefallen. P.S.: Unbedingt vorab den von der Unterkunft angebotene Transfer von und nach Bali buchen!

We stayed at Dafish for 7 nights, and loved it! Everything from pickup until drop off was awesome. The atmosphere is laid back and perfect for relaxing in beautiful Ceningan. The staff is the sweetest and the guys running the place can probably organize anything. We booked a trip to Penida through them, and it was great! Rooms are nice, although a little dark. 5 min walk to Secret Point beach and the Blue Lagoon. Enough restaurants around and food at Dafish is also very good. Since it's rural Ceningan you will be falling asleep and waking up to the sound of dogs and roosters!

Although I booked in January for a holiday in July the night before our arrival the Darfish contacted me to say they were overbooked and were having difficulty finding alternative accommodation which was very concerning..The hotel manager managed to find accommodation but it's not what you want to hear as you are about to head off on holiday.
