"Pros: Home was cute and had plenty of room for 2. We loved the screened in porch. We actually turned the couch around to see ocean views out of the porch instead of facing the tv. Kitchen was well-stocked with utensils but no condiments, etc. sheets and towels were clean and plentiful. There was a/c in bedroom only but fans and sea breeze made it comfortable enough throughout. Hot water was a bonus. Management was great. Location was quiet, 2 very good restaurants in walking distance....

"10 of us spent the week in this lovely property over April vacation. It was the perfect size for everyone to spread out and have their own space when needed but big enough gathering spaces for come together as a group. The pool was the perfect size- we spent quite a bit of time just lounging on the built in ledges."

"Me and my Husband had such a great stay at the Jolly Octopus house! The view is literally worth everything. You are literally 5 steps from the beach. I appreciate the new sliding doors that were installed so you can see out to the ocean. Conrad and Dwayne were amazing hosts. I recommend to book with Conrad 100% if you are visiting the island. I know he has other properties as well in Roatan. Thanks again for the amazing stay!"

Once again Mirriam took excellent care of us from picking us up at the airport, to dropping us back off at the end of the week. The cottage was lovely and had all that we needed. "Location was excellent. 1/2 block up from main road with all restaurants, etc. Road is a dirt road which can be muddy. As anywhere in the area you did have to keep an eye on your surroundings with some of the people around."

"Fantastic location. Place was great. Great having basically a semi private beach with Weat Bay a stones throw away. Los Roccas next door was a great dive shop and the bar as well was an added bonus. John was quick to communicate. Stock up on your grocery trip on the essentials if you don’t plan to make too many moves. Figure out what days are cruise ship or not as the West Bay beach will be much emptier. Great for swimming."

"We had a wonderful time in Roatan. Jerri was very responsive and helpful with communication. Mabel and George were very helpful during the stay with setting up transportation, checking in during the stay and giving recommendations. We will definitely go back. I wish we would have booked our stay longer there. We brought snorkeling gear with us, which was awesome to use in the beautiful water to watch fish and seashells. Roatan was the highlight of our Honduran Adventure."

"We had a wonderful week at the Sandridge house. Make sure you have step by step directions to the house so that you don't end up looking for it for an hour and a half. Once we got settled in, it was hard to leave, except to go next door to tiny Blue Island Divers for scuba diving. Don't be worried that guests have to pay for the electricity during their stay.
