Enjoyed our time. House was nice. Hard to use the yard as the garbage can from the previous renter was full and with the heat the smell was pretty bad.

Had a malfunction with front door, owner was on top of it and communicated very timely. It felt like a good start to a vacation. Inside was clean. Only reason for a 4/5 were the small kitchen ants. They were there the day we arrived until the day we left. There was some ant bait under sink (not a good sign). But not awful. The only other grip was walking to the dining table you had to carry everything through the living room, as it’s an old house. Wasn’t super ideal for young kids but made it work. Love the old stairs going to second floor. Parking area is not wide enough for a truck. Great location. Walking distance to boardwalk was fun. Overall really great place, great location for a younger family. Would book again.

Sandwhich was a lovely town We did not have a coffee pot but a Kureg ,we had to drive every morning to get coffee, after reading listing I was under the impression that there were more restaurants with in walking distance and that the beach was closer. We enjoyed the neighborhood and staying in the historic house. It was clean and it had the necessary things for the amount of coming we did. We sat in the yard and enjoyed the scenery.
