"A nice hotel, well appointed in the public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Boti the chef. The room was small however there was a separate study/dressing room area. There is a somewhat terrifying lift to the upper floors. A good substantial breakfast was included. It is situated in the town centre very close to the railway station. "

"Muy bien todo desayuno muy rico!"

"Muy limpio y acogedor"

"Hotel pequeño con excelente y personalizado servicio. "

"The description of the Nuffield Health facility as a spa is somewhat misleading - it’s a sports club with a pool used for (noisy) swimming lessons, there is nothing relaxing about it as there are just 3 “beds” to sit on around the pool, and members make an issue of anyone having left a towel on there for just a few minutes (rudely removing it and taking the bed for their own use)."

"We stayed at the Fox for 1 night and the staff made us and our dog feel very welcome. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Thank you all at the Fox. We’ll hopefully see you again."

"Lovely modern room in restored old building. Staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast in the pub were great."

"Fácil check in. Muy buen desayuno. La habitación limpia, cómoda y buena calefacción. Agregaría acondicionador para el pelo. El costo del estacionamiento par mi debería ya estar incluido en el precio de la habitación. Solo me hospedé con mi esposo e hijo de 5 años por una noche. Cumplió ampliamente las expectativas. Volvería. "

"It has to be said that the house and grounds are superb and Met my desire to have my friend wake up on her 80th birthday in palatial surroundings. However I have just been informed at the end of breakfast that it is not included in my Expedia booking! There is no warning of that whatsoever and I think that it is deceitful and deceptive. "

"Muy buen hotel con magnífico spa y restaurante. Habitaciones muy cómodas y tranquilas, perfecto para viajes de trabajo. Nada malo que decir de este hotel. "

"It was very good"

"Excellent Breakfast - continental and cooked. Rooms are quaint - Wooden beams and low ceilings in places, and floors have unevenness of old floors. Staircases are steep and narrow. Rooms have plenty of space. Our room had a bath and shower attachment but other rooms have shower so one might need to ask if you have a preference. Very helpful staff. Dinner was good but a little pricey (maybe that was par for the area?). Outside area was beautiful - on the cricket green. Lots of parking space...
