Balcony is lovely this time of year in the morning and evening; gets direct sun in the afternoon. Plenty of quality amenities (towels, cookware, etc) to make it a very comfortable stay. And multiple coin-operated washers and dryers for guests/residents; I did laundry three times and never had to wait for available machines. "
