"We had a great stay in Morro Bay with everything we needed. The place was clean, cute, and comfy. Having access to the patio and outdoor space was perfect- a great view and even some good egg hiding spots (since it was Easter weekend). The view was lovely but even better was the proximity to walk everywhere, love that! Host was communicative and generous in giving us a later check out. Such a great stay, we’ll definitely be back!"

"My parents and my daughter and I stayed at the Downing house over Easter weekend. We came into Cambria to go the Hearst Castle. The House was perfect for us and just as advertised. We were very comfortable and will try to rent this home again at future visits to Cambria."

"Very clean property in a tranquil area. It had a great view and felt very homie. It was nice and supplied inside for our stay and everyone enjoyed the space we had to ourselves. We didn't expect to do laundry but it happened and we were glad to have the host provide us with pods. They also provide some coffee of a Keurig which was thoughtful and fantastic. I would definitely recommend this listing to others looking to enjoy your own space but still close enough for city activities."

"Favorite moments: sipping my morning coffee from the kitchen table, and looking out at the beautiful scenery. And, relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. This place had everything we needed: fridge, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, etc. The owner Mike was friendly and very flexible on check-in/check-out times. we will definitely return here next time we head to this area."

"We really enjoyed the stay here. I liked how it was secluded into the forest and every window had views of the trees and deers really close drive to the coastal access! The kitchen was well equipped and the house was really clean. The highway sound wasn't bad at all but I like a little noise when I sleep. Overall I'm really happy with the decision I made because I was going back and forth on hotel or house and this was a great decision. So much wildlife :)"
