Great location! Nice clean 1 BR. well kept pool, no real useable beach area, you need to go out to Secret Beach if you want that, and the grounds were kept up nicely. Only a 1 bedroom, which is the only downside but for just my wife and I, it was enough.

Beautiful view. Steps to the sea. Close proximity to some of the best island food you will ever have (You must eat at Black and White/Garafuna). 6-8 minute drive to the town, where you can find all types of adventures (gift stores, boutiques, eateries, tours, etc.) I would definitely recommend and book again.

Coral Bay Villas

Great location and well-maintained property. Minutes from airport and downtown with lots of shopping, resaurants and bars. Always someone on duty or available at a moments notice. Very quiet but yet close to everything. Loved our stay and thank you!

The perfect getaway spot

We could not have had a more enjoyable stay at Coral Bay Villas!! The property was exactly as described and in the perfect location to enjoy some peaceful beach/pool time or take a quick walk into town for more action. The property staff members were all wonderful and super friendly! Freddy & Francis we’re always available and super helpful with every question or request that we had. Communication prior to our trip was absolutely TOP NOTCH and the help Simon provided with some of our travel arrangements was an absolute life trip saver! Thank you all for making our vacation one of our absolute favorites!! We’ll be back for sure!!

A great place to relax and enjoy the breeze and view.

Downloading the Coral Bay App was a game changer for me as it helped set up my trip from start to finish. It had information on all you could imagine that you need planning and making the trip including filling the online registration form so you don’t have to do this when you get there. I would highly recommend this very nice property and would certainly stay here on my next visit.

Perfect mix of peace and quiet, with fun things to do!

What an oasis! My husband and I went for our 25th Anniversary, and could not recommend this property more highly! While it was as private as we wanted it to be, we also enjoyed meeting other guests at the condo. We also loved that it was walking distance along the beach to shopping and restaurants downtown, as well as other bars and things to do further south. It is easy to book snorkeling/diving/fishing trips right off the beach (highly recommend Lil Alfonse's snorkeling!) , and you can rent golf carts to explore the island to further areas. The property is exactly as it is described, and we were greeted at the airport by the property manager, so that check-in was seamless. The only blip while we were there, is that there is some construction going on next door (Oct 2022), so sometimes the mornings could be a bit loud. As soon as you got out to the pool or the beach, however, that was quickly forgotten. This place is paradise! We shall definitely be returning!

Best place to stay on Ambergris Cay

The property itself was beautiful, well appointed, well maintained and perfect for my daughter and I. Located just south of the more lively district of San Pedro, and set back from the main road, right on the water—it was peaceful and quiet, but just a short walk from restaurants, bars, shops and excursions. The bedroom is cooled, which makes sleeping (in the incredibly comfortable bed) so nice. There is a generous, covered balcony—I did yoga there and watched the sunrise every morning. But, most of all, Freddie and Elsa were fantastic resources. Always available, always helpful. I even called Freddie one night when I mistook a police siren for some kind of weather alert —and he was so patient and kind with me. I cannot recommend Coral Bay Villas highly enough. We can’t wait for a return trip!

2 weeks in San Pedro

This was our 2nd trip to San Pedro recently. We stayed north of town prior to this and spent a lot of time running back and forth to mid-town. Coral Bay Villas is perfectly located. It is the first private group of Condos south of the business district. The best thing about it is that you can cook, swim and socialize without being forced to use the "on site" restaurant or bar. We travel as locals mostly and here you can really get a feel for what it's like to live in Ambergris Caye. I can't praise the property mgr enough but I also have to say how incredible the onsite staff of Freddy & Elsa are. They cater to your every whim and are so capable of making your stay fantastic. I need another page just to review them. They are the best in Central America. If not anywhere we've been. Please don't stay at Coral Bay because I don't want to have to jostle for reservations.

A great place to stay !!

The building and grounds were in impeccable shape. It’s hidden one block off the main road, so you can’t hear the noise of the golf carts. The room was clean and comfortable with an absolutely gorgeous view of the pool and Caribbean Sea. The staff was awesome! Elsa and Freddy took great care of us!

Paradise!

Coral Bay Villas was just perfect for my wife and me. The property is close to Town but very private and quiet. The staff was super nice. Elsa and Freddie were just great. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We just loved it and highly recommend it. Perfect for 2 people.
