Perfectly located for us, further away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro, and yet close enough to any convenience we might have needed (provided you do have a golf cart to go around). The grounds were really nice, with luscious vegetation, and did well to create a sense of isolation from other houses/resorts nearby. One must know that San Pedro is stuck with an algae problem (sargassum) that did affect us during our stay. They come in huge patches and litter the beach, and they start to smell as they decompose. This is a larger environmental problem though, not associated with the property.
The pool was a great bonus that we enjoyed multiple times (especially since bathing in the ocean was made harder due to the sargassum).
The unit itself was nice, but could have used a little more TLC (mostly regarding cleanliness). Some of the property's equipment is getting old (broken beach chairs for example) and would require attention. I know the salty environment is tough on furniture.
Overall, a great experience. We would always enjoy coming back "home" to sit in our chairs on the porch and watch the wind in the palm trees and the movement of the ocean.
