The house was spotless, very clean. The property manager said she would get us coffee, but it didn't arrive so we bought some at the store (no problem); but then the coffee was delivered at 6pm the following night and we were billed.A toilet had a slow leak which caused the water pump to turn on every 15 minutes, and the house security system beeped constantly in the guest bedroom due to a low battery. The property manager said she couldn't do anything about the low battery, and sent someone to repair a toilet (it wasn't the leaking toilet so we needed to shut all the water valves to the toilets at night).Overall it was a great vacation, the property manager perceptively did as little as possible to correct issues.

We had a delightful time at Casa de Bonita. It was a beautiful setting with our back porch looking out over the beach and ocean. I would absolutely book this again. The one thing that made it not perfect and I gave four stars was if you ran out of paper towels or toilet paper, there were no extras. You had to go to the office and buy them. For the money we paid it just felt like they could at least provide an extra roll of toilet paper and an extra roll of paper towels. Other than that, I would recommend.

Excellent house and management staff

My wife and I stayed at Case de Bonita in August 2022 and had a wonderful time. The house was very nice, easy to keep cool even in August with about 5-6 air conditioners throughout, and just the right combination of complete privacy and security comfort of having Indigo next door. The management staff was super helpful in arranging transfers and helping out wherever necessary. The view is excellent but as others have noted, be aware that this is not really a beach entry type of place which is pretty common on the east side of the island. The house is about 1-1/2 miles north of where the road stops being smooth which can be an issue depending on the people in your party but is as convenient to secret beach as you can be without actually being on the bay side. The only other point to note is that the Indigo amenities are no longer offered to Casa de Bonita as mentioned in some of the pre-Covid reviews so worth keeping that in mind. I would recommend making arrangements to have access to kayaks for the house as it is just fantastic to row out towards the coral reef stretching across your entire view in the mornings and is such an impressive highlight of any visit to Belize!

I fell in love with San Pedro

This property was perfect for me and my six friends, total four families. It looks exactly like the photos, big and spacious. The kitchen was well-kitted with equipment. There is a little grocery with everything you could need for breakfast and snacks, just around the corner from the property. The staff were kind and helpful. The only weird thing to consider is one of the bedrooms you walk thru to get to the other bedroom, so we put the person who sleeps the latest in the furthest bedroom and it was fine. Every bedroom has its own toilet. Three of the bedrooms have a bath. The bath downstairs isn’t attached to a room, so the walk thru bedroom can use the downstairs shower easily. It was just a perfect stay!!

Nice stay in very nice condo

Overall a nice place. Few little problems which Vladimir helped us with. Setting is marvelous although beach access is limited secondarily due to accumulated seaweed and an amazing amount of trash. Persistent wind was a bummer running 20 to 30 mph. Even so we had wonderful snorkeling aboard the Lady Leslie.

Better than expected

Very attractive, clean and comfortable. Good location with access to dock, and beachy area. Only things missing were a dishwasher and a booklet with key information such as using TV, what to do with keys when checking out, water taxi info, local market and restaurants, etc. Repair needed to hot water heater was taken care of within 24 hours, and property manager was available when called.

Amenities of a resort with the privacy of a house

This house's beachfront location and design made it a perfect home base for our large group's scuba vacation through White Sands Dive Shop just down the beach. The staff of Indigo is so friendly and ready to help with every request. The pool area is large, luxurious, and very clean and well maintained. The house itself is tucked away so you feel you have the entire ocean to yourself. The kitchen was very well equipped but there were many delicious restaurants a quick golf-car ride away - John's Escape, Rojo, and Copa Cabana were our favorites. We really miss watching the sunrises and sunsets from the porch!

We had an amazing stay!

We rented the house on a Girls trip and had a wonderful time. It was house was exactly as expected and we were greeted and escorted to the home beautifully! We really enjoyed the house. We had a chef cook dinner the first night, ordered groceries in advance, took advantage of the pool next door and went out on the SUP and Kayaks! We would definitely stay again. Great house and great people!

We recently stayed seven nights at Casa De Bonita. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything is new and modern. This house is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation perfect. It’s nice and private yet there’s a store 2 minutes away. Secret Beach is also convenient to get to from Casa De Bonita. The property management was so helpful from start to finish. Jeorge was in communication with me from beginning to end. Jessica was there to help us with a few things while on site. Overall we all just had just had such an amazing and memorable time. Casa De Bonita will take your vacation to another level!

Beautiful Beach house

The house was well equiped with everything needed for a wonderful beach front property! The managers Jessica and George were very helpful and set up anything we needed from golf carts, tours, bottled water and any questions we had! Highly recommend the house or villas at Indigo north of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize.

Gorgeous beachfront, Belizeable!

Excellent home adjacent to small (15 units in 5 buildings) condo property. North of town but easily accessible. Quiet and serene. Home fully furnished with most everything and many excellent kitchen essentials. A bit pricey, but spacious, clean and comfortable. Managed by adjacent condo staff, largely friendly and helpful. Only issue was sketchy arrangements by management on departure (scheduled taxi to airport never showed up and apparently never scheduled). No laundry facility, and none nearby.
