Great spot

This was a perfect spot for our needs. Spacious , clean and just a short walk to the dock to catch our boat each morning. My only complaint is the bar right next door can be a little loud. It closes at midnight and honestly most nights i just turned on white noise and it was fine. But if you are a very light sleeper this might not be your spot.

Beautiful Views

I recently stayed at this lovely little place in March. It’s a good location, right at the halfway mark of the hustle and bustle and fun of the downtown area towards the south, as well as the peacefulness and fun little beach bars on the north side. Absolutely love sitting on the porch overlooking the park and water every day. There is an adorable one eyed cat next-door that frequents the bar that I bonded with, so obviously a plus because of that. Also appreciated the info provided by the owners, as well as their offer to arrange for transportation to and from the airport. The only downside is its location next to the two beach bars. The bedrooms are right adjacent to them, and while earplugs were provided, they were not always enough. They did provide a white noise machine, but it can use an updating to sound a bit more realistic. I wouldn’t have gotten any sleep without that white noise.

The management was amazing and made the trip so convenient and stress free. For us the location was perfect and convenient for our excursions, and we really felt a part of San Pedro and got a taste of the culture. The beach and park right out the back was a great place to relax.

Good location outside of the hustle and bustle

The home was exactly as we expected! The AC worked great and we had everything we needed. The bar next door was a bit loud a few of the evenings, but we had expected that from other reviews. The house was everything we needed.

The villa was beautiful. Stocked well with everything you need for the week. The only problems we had were very noisy from next door restaurant/bar, if we were on the back porch to relax in the lounge chairs we were asked frequently if we wanted to buy drugs, as the week went on there was a growing sewage smell in the bathroom, and there was laundry left behind in the hampers from previous renters.

Would book again

Great stay. Communication was a little rough when it came to drop off and pick up. We had to wait a little while . However Simon was available via WhatsApp every single time I called. Golf cart rental was smooth and easy. Now the location is right smack in the middle of everything non stop traffic in the front door and the beach area is literally a public park. The club next door plays loud music pretty late. However me and my friends had so much fun in San Pedro we just passed out at the end of the night anyway.. for the price you can’t beat this location. The beds were clean and comfy water was cold back patio was a nice chill spot. Secret beach was only 20 mins away.

Perfect location

The property was just as advertised and situated perfectly in the center of everything. Its right before the toll bridge with easy access to a fuel station. It is also right along the water with a ton of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Family Vacation Stay

My parents, sister, and I stayed here on our week trip to Belize. The house was great. Not too far from downtown restaurants or places on the north side of the island. Close enough to walk around to get places. The bars next door are loud, luckily none of us go to bed early so that wasn’t an issue for us except on the last day when we had to wake up early for the airport. The workers next door were friendly though and we often got drinks there, even letting us take them to go and bringing the glassware back. The location has a local vibe being across from the park and we loved that. Simon was also great to work with.

Private, Safe and Secure!

This was a wonderful vacation rental. The location was great, very central to all San Pedro has to offer. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the house and the ambiance all around us, the park, the beach and the bar. It was very comfortable and felt spacious and very safe. The management was excellent. You could not ask for anything more!

Escape from Winter

We had a great week (minus the rain and the noise from the bar next door) at this property. Couldn’t ask for much better views of the reef and sunrise, the proximity to all of Boca Del Rio and the accomadations.

Easily Accessible to Everything

Daniel was amazingly helpful: waited with us for our golf cart rental to show up at the Ferry Terminal and then brought us to the house and showed us around; , brought extra water jugs when we needed it; and met us again to take us back to the airport. In short, customer service was simply the best. The house itself was beautifully furnished and clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower. However, it does sit right next to an outdoor club/bar so the music was loud on some nights. The benefit is that we didn't have to play our own music as music was always going. All in all, it was an adventure, a pleasant customer experience and a beautiful place to be.

We had a great time. The management was very organized and helpful. This made pre-arrival tasks, getting to the property, checking in, golf cart rental, and everything else super simple. Location was nice and central. My husband and son enjoyed playing basketball at the park with the locals. The bar next door is very loud but we did not mind too much. It kinda fades into the background when you are exhausted from a beach day. I would stay here again and would also look into other properties managed by this company.

Great Property, Great Service

The property is everything the pictures represent them to be - a clean, comfortable home next to the public park with an easy walk or golf cart ride to bakeries and bars/restaurants. The park fills up with local kids playing soccer and basketball. My son enjoyed jumping in to a few pick up games. The beach made for a nice view and we got in the water some, but you'll want to make the drive to Secret Beach if you want the pristine beach experience. The customer service and information made available through the property managements app/website was of great value. We were kept up to date with the ever changing COVID related entry requirements, was able to research and book activities, and coordinate transportation. We received a level of service I would have expected of a resort rather than a VRBO.

A special little red house

A special little red house. We stayed here for five weeks and really enjoyed the uniqueness of the house and area. The back of the house faces the sea with a park and playground equipment between the house and the sea. The front Of the house was extremely close to a bridge that is sometimes one way and sometimes two-way. It can be a bit noisy in the morning when the trucks are hitting their horn to let the bridge people know that they need to turn it into a one-way until the trucks were passed over.The location of the house was convenient to everywhere and within a few feet of everything we needed. When we left the house and walked down the beach road we have multiple choices of bars and restaurants out on peers into the sea. The house was well-equipped and reasonably quiet. However, there is a caveat, a bar was being rehabilitated next-door to the house. When it opens It could very well be very noisy at times since the bar is just about 3 feet away from the bedroom part of the house. The property management company was the best we have ever had And responded very quickly to any minor problem that we had. I owe the property manager SIMON and his crew the highest of compliments.

Beautiful property near all the action

We enjoyed out stay here very much. The house sits right behind a waterfront park that is always full of locals hanging out. You're a short ride to everything you'd ever need with a grocery right across the street. If you like a quiet spot this isn't isn't place for you. There is music playing next door and the road right in front of the house and bridge has pretty constant vehicle traffic. But if that doesn't bother you, this place is a winner. The manager was great and helped with everything we needed. Would recommend.

Adorable casita in central location

The home is the perfect location for an authentic San Pedro experience. There are great tacos and beach bars right next door, and the home had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The property managers were great - met us at the airport, arranged our golf cart!

Perfect first trip to San Pedro

We had a wonderful experience. House was clean, beds comfortable, listing was just as advertised. Location for us was wonderful. We had some travel changes and actually arrived on an earliest ferry and Simon had someone come meet us and help us to the house. There is a restaurant next door and they were very friendly. It did get loud with karaoke one night but the house has ear plugs and white noise machines to help with that. The public park is out front. Great for basketball for the kids. Remember your water shoes for the beach. Papis Pizza and fruit/veggie stand are right across the street and grocery just a block or so down.

A beautiful property

The property is a nice spacious place to vacation. The home has two bedrooms and one bath so might be best for a family or two couples who don’t mind sharing. I was concerned about traveling to a remote place and relying on an unknown property manager to have everything organized but there was no need to worry. Simon and his staff were on top of everything , kept us updated and performed on time. I own rental properties and I would love to have someone like Simon manage my properties. Thank you Simon and staff
