This is an absolutely unique property. It’s extremely quiet, clean, well cared for and loved with a spectacular view. With each bedroom set up with a king-sized bed, everyone in our party felt pampered. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with what we needed, and we appreciated how attentive Andrea, the owner, was to our questions. We had a very active three-day weekend and in retrospect, I wish we could have spent more time gazing at that view. So we will certainly be back!

Stunning views for DAYS from every room! Andrea was very friendly and welcoming to us and our dog. The bedrooms are large and the beds super comfy. Everything felt fresh and clean. The kitchen/living room layout was perfect for our group of 6 to hang out, eat, and play games. We loved it and would book again.

Beautiful property, beautiful home and lovely host. The bedrooms are especially well appointed and luxurious with jacuzzi tubs and fire places and tvs in each. Andrea is a great communicator and gracious host. She even brought us homemade cookies. She was very welcoming and accommodating of our three dogs who loved the big yard and trails. We will definitely return again. What a hidden gem!

Prefumo Crest Inn was a dream come true. Andrea was an exceptional host. I held a small intimate celebration of life for my husband while staying and the house and the grounds were perfect. With the sweeping views and the incredible openness of the living area, I couldn’t have asked for more. An incredibly sacred space.

Andrea’s rental is just breathtakingly beautiful. The views, the interior design, the beds are so comfortable and I think this was the best bath I’ve ever taken in my life. SLO and Morro Bay are less than 30 mins away with lots to do and it was such a nice place to gather with friends and family and cook good meals and hang out! Watching the sea fog roll in and out of the valley from above is just incredible. Andrea was very communicative and also very respectful of our privacy and had great suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Andrea's place. The location was beautiful and about a 20 minute drive to SLO. The house had high quality elements, was very clean and had everything we needed for the long weekend. After a mistake on our end, Andrea was very understanding and communicated great throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

We loved our stay at this property. A little ways to travel but it’s worth it!!! We had a little issue with the front door lock but the property manager assisted us & fixed the issue. Wonderful property & lots of cool stuff to see/do! Highly recommend!

Great Location

We had a great time staying here, every mornign we woke to breathtaking views, and each evening we watched the sun set over the hills.The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the bathroom setup is convenient for everyone. Our one complaint is that the kitchen is not set up to cook for a large group (especially cleanup). That and the living space could use a tv. One note is that you need to coordinate with the owner to charge your EV due to it being an off-grid home.

Wonderful experience

It’s not often that a venue exceeds our expectations, but we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The home was beautiful, the setup was thoughtful, and the accommodations were quite comfortable. Communication with Andrea was a breeze and she saw to it that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

SLO High in the hills

This property is amazing. Wonderful views!! We had made plans to stay here with family but unfortunately our plans changed. My husband and I spent a relaxing, quiet time. Andrea was very nice and was available to answer any questions. We would love to come back!

Lovely stay above the fog

Overall, once you get up the windy road, the house is perfect for family gatherings. Three full sized bedrooms with full baths. Views are spectacular, so many stars at night, wildlife abounds, and comfy beds. Good job!

Pastoral Beauty

This is a lovely spot with breathtaking views. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the fire places are easy to use and cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to stay in, cook, relax play board games. It’s about 30 minutes over a country road to SLO. Take the back road for a spectacular drive through old oaks, Spanish moss and winding streams. The skyline changes from minute to minute making the view an ever changing painting of dramatic colors.

Perfect for our small group

Wonderful property that was just as described if not better. Super nice that the three bedrooms are all equally specified so no one feels like they get the “bad” room. The kitchen exceeded expectations and we had lovely family breakfasts around the huge table all together. Lovely memories. The views are endlessly fascinating. What a spot!

Absolutely Wonderful!

My group of 7 adults, two young children, and two dogs spent an enjoyable long weekend here. The pictures in the listing are beautiful but they don’t even begin to capture the actual beauty of this property! There are 360 degrees of stunning views. We came here after many days of rain and everything was so green. The interior was clean, inviting, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and communication with the owner, Andrea, was quick, accommodating, and friendly. Everyone in my party had a wonderful time and we are definitely planning on returning!

visual bliss

wonderful place high in the hills 20 minutes west of downtown SLO. Three very large bedrooms with full baths with large jacuzzi tubs, two with views of the city and one with a view of Morro Bay. Nearest other property is a quarter mile away. Plenty of room to roam or walk the dogs or the kids. Modern and efficient design. Kitchen has a range with cooktop, refrigerator and microwave. There is not a dishwasher, but honestly we didn't miss it and dishes became a family endeavor. The road is windy from SLO but paved to the gate and graded to the house. Our small ford e-car had no trouble. Andrea was great. Even with the 20-minute drive we'll have a hard time staying anywhere else when we come back

stunning setting!

The home was beautifully appointed and to our taste--modern clean lines, comfortable and eco friendly. The setting, on top of a hill with views all around, delighted all of us, young to old. Cooking was a bit challenging without a stovetop or oven, but this was explained in the property description. Our hostess was available, helpful and friendly. The winding and sometimes rough road access coming from the south might be challenging to some.

Breath taking views and amazing lodging!

A group of 3 couples stayed over at the Prefumo Crest Inn as it was near a friend's wedding venue. Our breaths were taken away every time we stepped out into the yard. What an amazing location!! The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchenette were everything we needed for our long weekend and the owner was very easy to communicate with! It is a bit hard finding the exact location of the house after the sun sets, especially when we're first driving in, but that's mostly our fault for arriving so late! We would love to come back and see the wildlife and enjoy the Prefumo area again!

Magnificent views and Quiet

Family gathering for graduation event. Comfortable and quiet. Great master suites allowing separate couples to have separate space, with comfy common area. Not a full kitchen available, with no stove or full oven. Lengthy and very curvy/narrow road if going into town often, but beauty and quiet worth the excursion
