"Overall, we had a great experience! The spa was wonderful, the kayaks were a highlight, and the fire pit made for relaxing evenings. We didn’t use the e-bike, but it was a nice option to have available. "House was clean and great to stay in. Quiet and only 5 min to town. Beds were comfy. There was no coffee, lotion or a blow dryer anywhere in the house. Not a big deal but just for awareness for others. The blow dryer was the biggest inconvenience. My only real complaint is that customer service was terrible. I emailed over a week before our stay to ask about extra dogs, received a reply stating it was an extra 150 for the weekend for one dog. When I responded that’s not what the listing stated...

"My family had a great stay at West Beach resort. Cabin was great with all we need, right on the beach. It was amazing to spend evenings around fire place and to hear t waves. Very relaxing. It was nice to have convince store at resort to buy coffee or other basics. Everyone was very friendly. We loved it. "

"This was possibly one of the best places we ever stayed when booking with vrbo! It was very conveniently located. Walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. The house itself was so well stocked. All kinds of spices, coffee, trash bags, etc. lots of dishes, pots and pans too. The property manager Kristen was so responsive. The house was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable. "I told the host we were arriving after dark, and she thoughtfully made sure to have some lights already turned on. The rooms were very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The living and dining areas comfortably accommodated our party of 5 adults. GREAT deck off the living room with beautiful water views. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommended!"
