I stayed here for a week w my elderly parents, husband and kids after our usually 2 places were sold out. The layout and the amount of room for everyone in the apartment was excellent. I was kind of skeptical since there were no reviews when I first booked in January but went w it. I did read the previous review (before we came) and got a little afraid. Well they were true. My complaints- I killed a roach as soon as we got in. Fine it happens. But every night there were more than a few in the living room bathroom and more in the kitchen. We couldn’t leave anything on the counter. The kitchen table also had little annoying bugs 24/7. The master bedroom toilet was clogged. We got drano and pumped a few times and still nothing. Finally after 4 days it was working. Dryer is the worse. You have to dry your clothes at least 10 times for it to be fully dry. Final complaint- NO beeper provided to enter. We’ve always had a beeper to get in and out for other properties we’ve rented. So you’re at the mercy of the owner to let you in. Last 2 days the worse. 1 day we sat there 30 minutes waiting and waiting to be let in and only got in because someone was coming out so we sneaked in. Same day after being assured it wouldn’t happen again we waited 16 minutes. Owners only response was “please try again” meaning pressing the buttons to call him to allow us access/ open the gate. Would I stay here again? Maybe. If I have a beeper, if the dryer is changed and there isn’t roaches.
