Pictures exactly as shown. Owners clearly take good care of their property. Housekeeper daily but Sunday is incredible! She was so thoughtful and tidy. Property manager a little slow at responding to messages at times (sometimes it would be immediate and others would take more than a day- prior to arrival). Check-in information not provided until I messaged asking, need the property manager company to do a better job at clearly messaging about the provided transportation, details about arrival, security gates, etc. Owners were incredibly thoughtful and left a beautiful welcome basket. Owners also leave shampoos, conditioners, blow driers, straighteners, body wash, plenty of towels- wonderful amenities! Kitchen very well stocked and very easy to use.Access to the community center is a huge perk- for the gym, pickleball, swim, ordering lunch and drinks- but need to update the listing to say its max 6 people and over that you must pay a daily fee to access. Golf cart provided easy to use and access the club, the Palmilla restaurants and the beach. Grocery delivery and chef services not used due to slow communication from the property management system and what seemed to be incredibly high prices (compared to locals we have used before). Would definitely stay again- loved the quiet community, golf course and ocean views.
