Golf vacation

Loved the location on hole 5 of the Ocean course. Private beach access and the Shops of Palmilla minutes away. Great location, great service. Everything one would need in a kitchen and well organized and clean. Will definitely look forward to coming back in the near future:)To top it off we arrived to a nice charcuterie board and guacamole, salsa and refreshments.

Best beach in Cabo!

We loved the house and it has access to the most swimmable beach in Cabo. Everyday we would hop over to the beach and soak in the amazing views and then enjoy the views from home.

Beautiful home located inside Palmilla. House is located on the Ocean golf course with views of the ocean. Short walk/ride to shops, restaurants and beaches. Perfect stay for friends and family. The hosts are awesome! We have stayed here many times and will continue to come back.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at Casa Azul. Location is amazing. The golf cart is a great asset, we explored the areas and took it out shopping and for dinner. The house has all the announced amenities and more. Everything worked very well, comfy beds, the views. The manager was super attentive to our needs and in constant communication. We hope to come back!

Property overpriced

Nice location, but the property is broken down. There is extremely low water pressure in the showers. The pool and spa were nice but the spa didn't function reliably to use it and the pool was in need of a cleaning during most of our stay. The biggest issue was a full day of construction during the first full day of our stay with jackhammers and power tools running directly next to the pool area. Our communication with the property manager was stressful and fruitless as we were told it was out of their control to do anything about it. Having repair staff coming and going and the construction next door along with the properties condition tarnished the stay.

Perfect!!

We were a group of 7 people, my wife, two adult children and their friends and we truly had an epic time! The Casa and service was exceptional. Walking to the beach for sunrise every day and sitting by the outdoor fireplace at sunset, couldn’t have scripted it any better. We cooked and conversed while enjoying the Sea of Cortez breeze under the Cabo stars. Jessica and Gaby were super sweet and accommodating. Thank you for a perfect vacation 🙏🏽

Palmilla is the best!

Viviana met us at the property to make sure we knew all about the house. She was wonderful and made us feel right at home. The pool was our favorite place to hang out as a family. Palmilla beach is super close and easy to walk to. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property in a great location

Lovely home in a beautiful, quiet gated community. You cannot go wrong with this property, away from the craziness of downtown Cabo. The home was well appointed, well decorated and absolutely spotless. Great outdoor areas for pool, dining, spa, hangout. Quiet residential area and we took the golf cart or walked to beach, shops and One & Only. Transportation to the popular downtown restaurants is about 20-25 min. Viviana, the property manager, was fantastic- so helpful with tons of questions, arrangements, reservations, COVID testing, etc. She was very patient and responsive.

Cabo paradise

Property was absolutely beautiful, had all the amenities we were looking for. A short walk to the white sandy beach, and to the Palmilla shops where you can eat, drink and shop. The Palmilla community is one of the most prestigious properties in Cabo, beautifully landscaped throughout, giving you privacy and feeling of relaxation and security. Great Family Reunion

This property was a great villa for extended family members to stay for a reunion ! It had ample sleeping with associated bathrooms and beautifully appointed and maintained. It was in an easy location close in walking distance to shops, restaurants, public beach, walking trails, etc. The outside area was equally as nice and equipped with great amenities for socializing. We will use it again. We love the Palmilla development and all it has to offer. So beautiful. The hostess was great with responses and property manager super friendly and responsive as well. Fantastic Spot

We were in Cabo for spring break with our 14yr old daughter and her uncle. First of all, the place is awesome, just like in the photos. The pool and hot tub are great and the fireplace is great on cool nights. We did grill outside one night and our hosts were wonderful and even brought dinner in for us one night when we had a few too many margaritas in the pool! We ate one night at the Palmilla restaurant which was also fantastic and a do not miss. This was my fifth time in Cabo and I will certainly stay here again. Also, for those who have never been to Cabo. San Jose del Cabo is a quaint cobblestone street type place with nice restaurants and an art scene. Downtown Cabo is like Cancun but perhaps with more cheese. I much prefer the upper location of the Palmilla and the easy access to San Jose Del Cabo. Don't worry about renting this one, it is great.

Beautiful Family Thanksgiving !!!

Our family of four came down for 5 days over Thanksgiving recently. We enjoyed everything about this home- it was comfortable, had a nice ocean view, the layout of the home was perfect for our family and we could have added a second family’s adult. We rented the golf cart and everyday drove to beach and coffee just across road. The location was perfect and we will definitely be back to stay again soon! Thank you to both the owners and the management who greeted us and had the house all ready to go!
