Review

The condo is beautiful as pictured in the listing. The kitchen is well equipped. Living spaces are comfortable. Easy walking distance to grocery store. Multiple pool areas to enjoy and easy access to the beach. Check in was not as expected when we got to the gate. They told us to go to the condo and someone would meet us. The VRBO site told us to go to the office and we would be given the access info. So mixed communication there. We had to wait for security to come and let us in. A map of the condo area would have been helpful for accessing amenities such as the gym and other areas within the complex. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location & property, couple issues

We have stayed at Las Mananitas many times over the last 15 years. The property is well maintained and in a great location with access to great restaurant options, grocery store and beach. The particular unit had an issue with the dishwasher. It wasn’t working for the duration of our stay (11 days). We contacted the property manager and only heard from them after our second email 2 days later. They stated that yes they knew the dishwasher was broken and were waiting on a part. Therefore we had to do dishes the whole time. Not the end of the world however this should have been communicated when we arrived and a credit of some sort should have been applied. I asked for this from the property agency and heard no response. Additionally the hot tub outside our building was broken so we were not able to use it for the duration of our stay. There was another hot tub in the building next door but still a bit of an inconvenience.

Great Property, perfect location and well appointed unit.

Three adults stayed in this two bedroom unit. The place had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The only things (which didn’t matter to us) were dishwasher and the broken safe. We loved the variety of pool areas and beach access. Walkable distance to a variety of shops, spas and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Great location

Nice cozy resort. Hardly anyone at the resort. At times we were the only people at the pool. Very short walks to grocery stores and restaurants. The taxi ride to the main square wheee the art walk was short and inexpensive.

Fabulous views

We’ve been staying at Las Mañanitas for years and this was our first stay in this condo. Beautiful views- I could watch the sunrise and whales passing by from the patio. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a great stay

Peace and tranquility

LM E3402- Gorgeous Ocean Front 2 Bedrooms on Fourth Floor.

Beautiful views and location. Very quiet. Friendly neighbors, many ex-pat Canadians/Americans. Apartment was as advertised. Safe neighborhood with large grocery within walking distance. Note; none of the TV's work but this wasn't a problem for us. We would definitely return.

Beautiful, Spacious Apt With Fantastic Views Of The Pool And Sea

My adult daughter and I had wonderful, spacious accommodations, with separate bedrooms/bathrooms and a large balcony overlooking the pool and sea beyond. Complete kitchen, laundry, and spacious living room included. Attractive decor. TV's don't work as presently configured but wasn't a problem. Very quiet premises. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to Cabo San Lucas. La Comer is a very nice grocery nearby. We will definitely be back.

This condo can be super nice

This condo sold between our booking and our stay. It is still managed by Casago until Jan 1 even though everything updated to the new company on VRBO. It was really confusing trying to figure out who would provide the arrival info but Casago was super responsive once we connected outside VRBO since only the new company (Seaside) is listed here. The current owners have removed items in anticipation of the close date and things that need to be repaired have probably been put off. . The TV was super hard to figure out as none of the equipment mentioned in the book was there. Just dangling wires. It’s a Firestick btw and you need an account to get anything to work. The bedroom TVs are AppleTVs. Hopefully the information is updated come Jan 1. The beds are super firm so if you need anything other than super firm, you won’t sleep well. Tons of throw pillows but the actual sleeping pillows were few and flat. One of the comforters in the closet of the 2nd bedroom needs to be thrown out. It’s super stained. The kitchen was well appointed and we used the grills by the pool as well. The screen door in the living room kept falling off the tracks and nothing we did would fix it. The balcony was relaxing and the view awesome. We have stayed in tons of places in Cabo and this one has the potential to be awesome. It just needs some TLC from the new owners.

Thanksgiving Get Away

The property and the location is wonderful. Conditions of the property were comfortable and adequate, although we needed to purchase a few items. Ice maker in the Frig was not working, we notified the Management and they sent a repair man. He worked on it for several hours and thought he took care of the problem. The freezer did make ice but it did not release it from the mold. We notified Karla about this several times but nothing was done about it. We ended up buying ice cube trays and making our own ice during our stay

Beautiful well appointed property

High quality, beautifully decorated condo with modern well equipped kitchen. Gorgeous pools and landscaping. Only negative was no satellite TV.
