Lovely stay at this condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Pam, the owner, was very communicative and checked in with us frequently to see how we were doing and even helped us find activities to do during our trip. We were comfortable with the accommodations, and we enjoyed using the pools on the property daily during our stay. I highly recommend hiring Elfer Hospitality (the housekeeping service for the property) to cook a meal for you and get a massage while you're at it! This was one the highlights of our trip!

Cabo weekend

This Condo was more than we expected the location was perfect , quite , safe , and relaxing . Walks to restaurants and shopping . 5 min drive to Zippers and the Rock , 30 minutes the the east cape perfect for long surf weekend . We did also take advantage of the personal chef recommendation and had the best dinner of the entire trip . Highly recommended. Pam and Greg were on call if needed .

Schöne Tsge in einer super ausgestatteten Wohnung mit schönem Pool in gepflegter Anlage. Der Weg zum Strand, an dem man leider nicht baden kann, ist ca 800 Mezre, Ein Auto sollte man nehmen!

Relaxing Cabo

This is a perfect spot to chill. The lanai/living room is just perfect for reading, lounging, and just being in nice weather. The location of the unit vis a vis the pool can be a little loud when the pool is in use. There is a walk to get anywhere, but there is enough stuff nearby, and having been before we knew how to get around. Owner is more than helpful with lists of restaurants, things to do, how things work, transportation options.

Long weekend in San Jose del Cabo

Using VRBO outside the US is always concerning but Pam's property and her communications with us made everything easy and confident. The place is immaculate with an entire wall that opens to a golf course and beautiful views. 30 minutes to the airport -- she suggested and we used Cabo Routes with a stop at the grocery store. The Pescado Plaza is a 5 minute walk and has several great restaurants. The ride into San Jose was 10 minutes by an Uber that comes to the development. Within the condo, we had everything needed including cold water and beer -- we returned the pay forward. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but there is a rolling carrier for supplied beach chairs and towels. Water is too rough to access but beach sand was nice. Strongly recommend Pam's place to anyone.

Pam and Greg's Casa in San Jose is the best and they are wonderful hosts! I was traveling on a last-minute summer vacation to Cabo/San Jose, staying at two different rentals and this rental unit was our favorite. Everything within the condo is well thought out, organized, and very clean! The was a little slice of heaven. The pool was nice and nearby. The location was great- several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Pam was the best at giving wonderful ideas of fun things to do locally with my kids and the best places to eat. We walked to the Art District on Thursday, saw sea turtles on Friday, swam at Palmilla beach- which were all great recommendations from the host! The place itself is even better in person. I love the decor, kitchen is so well stocked, and everything is easy to find. During our visit, it rained. Pam had umbrella's we could use to walk to town. As a birder- I enjoyed watching all the woodpeckers and various birds from the patio with my morning coffee. It was a quick easy walk to the beach and everything. There is a really nice nearby grocery store-Fresco's. This is a wonderful grocery store and my kids favorite place to pick out pastries and snacks. The entire community of San Jose has the nicest people. There is even a fish spa within walking distance- a kid favorite where you put your feet in the tanks. This was my 3rd time in Cabo/San Jose and this place has been the best so far! I hope for my next visit- I'm lucky enough to book it again.

Oasis in San Jose del Cabo. This is it!

HostLocationUnitBest Host ever! From the first inquiry, right through to the checkout, her response time, her going above and beyond, is a 10. You will leave, truly having made a friend. Nestled in between fairways of the golf course, gives you privacy and serenity. Perfect for any direction that you want to explore. The beach, Downtown, eateries, groceries are walkable, or an Uber for a few dollars. We are walkers but used Uber to bring our grocery haul back, and out to a restaurant, Los Tamarindos, about a 5 km partial dirt road drive. PS. You gotta eat there!Amazing unit! From the shower heads to the pillows, and everything in between, they have thought of everything to ensure you feel right at home. On the deck, the Webber (super clean) Barbq is sure to be a hit with the Grillers. The patio table to have your meals, the loungers for putting your feet up, relaxing with beverages in the morning, afternoons, evenings, got well used by us. The kitchen is well equipped. There is ample, comfortable seating indoors, as you can see from her pictures. The pools are great, one on each side of the complex.Pam provides excellent info prior to your trip. Their Choice of Eateries is a must read. Casa Don Rodrigo is a MUST GO fave, and we can see why.It was an absolute pleasure spending 14 spectacular days at Pam’s Place. We highly recommend. Pam is confident that their property will be everything you imagined and more. And it is! They nailed it! You will not be disappointed.

Great Stay

We had a really great time staying at this property. It was clean, had all the essential items, and it was in a key location for us. It was spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the chairs and umbrellas we were able to use at the beach. The pool area was also relaxing and only steps away. Thank you so much for being so attentive to my questions.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed a very relaxing 6 week stay at Pam’s villa. The location was great, just short walks to the beach and good restaurants. The pool area was terrific for sunbathing, and the deck off the villa was wonderful for relaxing in the shade. Pam was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Perfect home away from home

Wonderful hospitality! Location, amenities, and overall ambiance was outstanding. San Jose Del Cabo was our favorite destination to Cabo San Lucas, and this property made our visit that much more enjoyable. The hosts were communicative, genuine, and experienced. Thumbs up all around! Thank you!

Golf course condo

A beautiful two bedroom property on the golf course. Cesar and chefs welcomed us with margaritas and quesadillas. We loved the balcony and the pool. About a mile walk to La Comer, and the same to downtown San Jose, so we got our steps each day. We were in a Corona virus bubble while there and I wish we could have stayed.

Location, location, location

Nice condo

We stayed here recently for a week. The check in process was very easy, they even provided quesadillas and fresh margaritas for us. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. It was great having a washer and dryer so we went home with clean clothes. Pam was very easy to communicate with and prompt to reply to my questions.My only complaint is the pool is not heated and very cold and the hot tub was out of service for our stay.

Excellent choice

We would love to return. Fully equip kitchen, nice comfortable patio and great bedrooms and bathrooms. The only negative, which is relative ,and didn’t matter to us, is that the jacuzzi is real not hot and the pool is not heated......no worries on either if it is hot weather

Great vacation condo

This was my second stay in this wonderful Las Quintas unit and I just love it--perfect location in the heart of San Jose but on a quiet and peaceful golf course. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay with a fully appointed kitchen and wonderful terrace for outdoor living. The pool is right outside the unit and well maintained, though it would have been nice if it had been heated. All in all, it is a wonderful property and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect Location and Excellent Hosts

My sister and I just returned from a week long stay at this beautiful condo. We had excellent communication with Pam before our arrival. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Marcos who had arranged chef prepared snacks that we were able to enjoy with also supplied beverages--including a perfect Margarita. A wonderful way to start our holiday, especially after a long flight. The condo is in a great location, and within walking distance to Old Town, groceries and the beach. The pools were well maintained, with no issue over either noise or crowds--some days we had the pool to ourselves! Condo has all amenities for a perfect vacation. Fun to watch the golfers too from the patio. Highly recommended.

Lovely property, very quiet, the grounds are meticulously maintained, pool and palapa very convenient. So relaxing compared to the resorts a short distance away. Pam and Marcos are amazing to work with, Marcos goes above and beyond to make your stay the best.

Perfect San Jose Get Away!!

The 5 stars all begin with Pam’s amazing communication and recommendations. Marcos who met us at the condo answered any questions we had. That was a huge help! The condo was super clean, fully furnished and stocked with all the beach essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the large two bedroom two bath condo that’s right around the corner from all resorts, shops and restaurants. BUT it’s also super quiet away from all the fun town. The pool is right outside to enjoy and was clean at all times. We will definitely be contacting Pam when we travel to San Jose again. Thank you!!!!

This condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing, wonderful vacation. Very nicely decorated and appointed. We really enjoyed the pool and especially our private outdoor patio. And, as a frequent visitor to San Jose, I think that the location of Las Quintas can't be beat, convenient to everything! And Marcos and Cesar were great, very friendly and helpful. Pam and Greg have a wonderful property and I highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay. Perfect Condo.

First Pam is a delight. From initial contact to our departure she stayed in contact with us. Marcos and Cesar were great at transportation and arranging a Chef prepared meal in the condo for a Birthday. The condo is lovely and in a nice quiet complex. It's a great place to hangout and a pleasure to return to at end of day. Beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We used Uber a few times to get around would recommend.One of our party left a piece of luggage behind which contained a laptop so you can imagine our stress level went up!! However, as soon as it was noticed in condo Cesar called and problem was resolved in record time. No one in our party wanted to leave and we do hope to return to Pam and Greg's condo one day.

Lovely place.But not for us.

Pam's place is nicely appointed,spacious and realativily clean. But is is heavily over fragranced. The sliding doors did not lock.The bathmats weren't washed and the bedspread was soiled.We stayed one light-lost money on the 4 night reservation.
