The Space:

The condo features 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an amazing private garden terrace.

Air conditioning throughout. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions with your access code before arrival but our staff will be available in case you need any help.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire condo, plus the building's pool and rooftop amenities.

Elevator access to your floor. On-site parking is available but limited — please let us know in advance if you're bringing a car so we can arrange a spot.

ArtWalk sits in San José del Cabo's Gallery District — the artistic and culinary heart of town. Within a 5–10 minute walk: art galleries, Plaza Mijares, the historic mission church, and some of the best restaurants in Los Cabos.

On Thursday evenings, the streets come alive with the famous Art Walk — galleries open late, streets close to cars, and the whole district turns into a festival. This is the authentic, walkable side of Cabo — a world away from the resort strip.

Getting Around:

Many downtown restaurants, galleries, cafés, and shops are walkable — no car needed for daily life. A car is helpful for beaches, surf breaks, golf, Cabo San Lucas, Flora Farms, Puerto Los Cabos, or the East Cape. Playa Hotelera and the estuary are a short drive (or a long walk). Taxis and rideshares are generally available, though less so late at night. Los Cabos airport (SJD) is about 15–20 minutes by car.

Parking is limited — please tell us in advance if you're arriving by car.

This is a residential building: quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM; not suitable for parties or events.
