Excellent Stay

Stunning location and all the ammenities you could want. Excellent overall layout allows for maximum enjoyment - space when you want it, and multiple meeting locations for fun and activities. Highly recommend and I am picky.

We had an amazing time staying at Casa Edwards! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Lorena did a great job Planning our event and activities. The house was beautiful and right on the beach. The photos don’t do it justice.

Casa Edwards Muy Bueno

The property is amazing; spacious yet with many quiet, private areas and also group-gathering areas. Pool, large hot tub, ocean frontage and a workroom included on property that rivals a large hotel. Great for groups and every bedroom is good, so no fighting about that. Two outside kitchens and bars, sound throughout the property. Nice indoor bar and dining area plus family TV area. The Manager and staff were all top notch, including the daily butler/waiter and kitchen staffs. A nice lawn for Bucci and even some whale watching right from the lawn chairs. Some of the overhead pictures make it look jammed in amongst other properties, but there art plenty of walls and trees and it feels secluded. Good location and 20-30 minutes away by car to both towns, the airport and the marina. Not much I can say that is negative, so if you can afford it, and have a large group, its an A+ experience. We are thinking of coming back again.

A Magical Experience

The property was, somehow, even better than the pictures. Carlos set us up with fantastic amenities and service, including the absolutely incredible Chef Humberto, who delivered deliciousness each and every meal, and Miguel & Miguel, who went above and beyond to make sure all of us were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. It’s not a cheap stay, but we got more than our money’s worth.

Once in a lifetime experience worth repeating

We had an excellent experience all around. Carlos was on top of everything and we had a smooth arrival process. We ordered breakfast and dinner plus butler service and everything was great - food, drinks, service. The house is enormous and all rooms are facing the ocean, so we did not have any issues with figuring out who gets which room. All amenities are available on property and service is on a hotel level. There is also an excellent gym on site with different pieces of equipment for everyone to use. Overall, absolutely loved it and will come back again!

Amazing property

Excellent staff and service. The property is amazing, the pool is awesome to entertain, you can work out in the state of the art facility. The chef and butler are amazing. Very relaxing time. Great for large groups and family. Awesome.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot!!

Our group of 16 vacationed at this beautiful home in Mexico! The location was excellent! Pamilla is a beautiful area. I enjoyed our mornings with coffee out on the porch listening to the waves. Carlos and the staff were excellent. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful spot. My kids really enjoyed the pool and lounging in the hammocks. Honestly, everything was excellent....from the rooms to the staff. We are ready to go to Spain!!

Wonderful

Got the whole extended family together. Each bedroom was luxurious and the property was immaculate. The staff gave us great service, incredibly good food was prepared by the chef, and the cocktails were fun, fresh, and delicious. The gym was not only a great amenity for those who wanted to workout in the morning but also was a favorite among the kids to explore the equipment and play Xbox on the massive TVs (we limited their screen time so they would not waste the whole vacation down there and it was pretty easy to stop them from playing since there are so many other fun things to enjoy). The beach in front of the house has some pretty big shore breakers that can really toss you around. It’s definitely a dangerous beach so if you go in just be cautious, consider a life vest, and don’t allow the little ones in. We played a game we made up called one-step where adults would stand next to each other and take one step forward after each wave. Last one standing wins. Not once did someone get pass the breakers playing that game. A quarter mile-ish away is palmilla beach that was wonderful for the little kids (ages 4 and 6). A house 2 houses away is still under construction, and we could hear it, but we really only noticed we were trying to hear it. It mostly was unoticed as background noise.

A fantastic stay!

Carlos and the entire team were simply incredible. I stay on Cabo at luxury homes often and none have been a better experience than this one. They did everything possible to customize our stay and make it a vacation we will never forget!

Beautiful house on the beach

Casa Edwards is very well situated for a group of friends or families. We were a group of 8 couples on our 10th annual Cabo trip and appreciated that there were comparable rooms for everyone (it is not easy to find a house with 8 equitable bedrooms with ocean views and soothing crashing wave serenades!) The location is perfect, close to downtown San Jose and not too far from Cabo San Lucas and a nice easy walk to The Shops at Palmilla. Being able to step out the door to the beach is wonderful. The firepit on the beach is a very nice touch and perfect for enjoying the stars at night. The gym is HUGE with every type of equipment a person could ever want as well as a sauna and steam room. The staff was amazing and made certain that we were very well taken care of throughout our stay. Unfortunately there was construction going on two houses over which was quite loud throughout the week but Carlos made certain that we were compensated for the noise disruption. We are looking forward to returning to Casa Edwards in the future for another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this home.

Fantastic house / amazing staff

Stayed at Casa Edwards with 4 families, including 7 children under the age of 6. This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. Plenty of space / beds and so much for the kids to do (private beach, pool, gym, etc.). Miguel and Carlos were fantastic and made the whole stay so easy / enjoyable. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting Casa Edwards again.

Perfect vacation home

Casa Edwards is a private 5 star resort. The property and beach are stunning. Carlos and staff bend backwards to make everything work, from meals to golf and fishing. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 children and everyone had a glorious time.

Incredible experience

From start to finish, our trip was spectacular. Five couples from Colorado escaped to paradise for 4 days. Carlos and his team were available, attentive and 100% focused on our experience. The chef was world class, both in the quality of the cuisine and its presentation. We are already planning a return visit next year.

Perfect vacation home in Los Cabos!

We had one of our best vacations at this place! The views are stunning, we would wake up early almost every morning to see an amazing sunrise. Everything is always clean and the service is great: everyone is friendly and willing to help. The rooms are beautiful and we enjoyed all the common areas. There’s direct access to the beach, and the gym is huge. Everything was better than expected!

Most Magical Place EVER

This property was just an absolute dream to stay in. I couldn't even of imagined anything better. It was perfect in all ways. Feels like a private luxury hotel. Will be going back for sure!
