Second Visit

Enjoyed our second visit Casa Del Mar Beachnest. Adi is very responsive to our inquiries and a pleasure to communicate with. A view of the ocean can be enjoyed from the living room and bedroom balcony and the waves will lull you to sleep at night. The condo is well equipped making it easy to prepare meals. The residence is secured with 24 hour guarded gate access.

Fantastic!

I have stayed at several places on the Zoetry Casa del Mar property, including rooms at the boutique hotel and other condo rentals. It is my personal favorite location as it is safe, calm, clean, quiet and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The grounds are pretty, and well-kept! This is a secured entry resort, with 24hr security on site. The resort property sits right next door to a well known (and very expensive) elite property...so quality beach location is my point. This specific condo was a fantastic unit for the two of us this trip...cozy, clean, and stocked with all the necessities you need. (full kitchen, utensils, dishwasher, w/d, bath and beach towels, small safe, and more!) Comfortable big bed and bedding (extra bedding available in unit), plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack your suitcase. The deck extends the entire condo from the living room space to the bedroom. View looks out over one of the pools with partial beach/water. It really is lovely and very quiet. This condo is part of the Phase I buildings, so it is closest proximity to the hotel's restaurants, spa, gym, etc. Very convenient. We prefer to use Uber rather than get a rental car so a typical trip for us to the grocery store or town is $5-10 dollars each way with the Uber arriving within 5-7minutes. Food was delish, and service was great at both restaurants (one on the beach is my fav). Pool service is attentive (service is at main pool only), and they occasionally walk around with free tastes of savory and sweet items. Swim up bar at the main pool. The gym is an additional cost for condo renters, we paid $100 for the entire week, and we both used the card as entry. The unit has two wall A/C units that were very efficient (so much so , that we rarely used them). Water pressure in the shower was great, and water temp heats up fast. The bathroom and kitchen are not fancy, and I think they plan to update soon, but no complaints on our part. All appliances worked great (coffee maker, stove, microwave, refrig, w/d). Neighbors were kind and quiet. It was priced under value in my opinion, so great deal for us! I think worth more than priced if comparing with other units. So I guess jump on it while you can! Owners/Hosts were very attentive, quick to respond, and were kind enough to notify us of items we had left behind. I love this resort, and would stay at this unit again!

Great Value at Incredible Resort

Hosts responded very promptly to a few questions about how things operated when we first arrived and to our request for an additional blanket. They recommended a nearby restaurant which had some of the best food and prices in our three visits to the area. We're already planning a return trip staying in this unit!

Great time in Baja

This condo is not only nice, but it's nicer than we expected. It is beautiful. clean, and comfortable and in a great setting. You can sit out on the balcony and watch humpbacks go by. The owners were extremely helpful and responded immediately to queries. The location is terrific, situated between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. I recommend renting a car when staying here if you want to experience the surrounding area. My only complaint is that you can't really go in the water here; the resort says it's too dangerous. Thankfully, there are several swimmable beaches nearby. We would happily stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Del Mar Beachnest. The condo is spacious, clean, and well equipped with appliances and linens. Cabo was a bit warm during our December visit and the a/c worked well at keeping us comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great, better than our personal home. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The community is gated with a security stand. They are very strict with visitors- all are accounted for which made us feel secure. Overall, very nice stay at Beachnest and will visit again.

Nice condominium w/beautiful ocean views

The property is decorated nicely, within a quiet section, and within steps of the main lobby & restaurants. I've been to Casa Del Mar for 10 years but this was the first time renting. We did not use the kitchen, living rm, or balcony. We were busy running around the entire time. The air conditioner was a bit tricky after we turned the unit on. We had a difficult time turning it down but figured it out on day 2. The unit is steps away from the elevator which we were probably the only ones who used it. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this unit.

Fantastic Vacation!

I stayed at this property (the hotel side) back in Fall 2020 for my friends wedding and loved it. This condo was fantastic, Adi was amazing with communication, lovely unit, everything we needed for our vacation (easy access to pool, beach, amenities)!!! Since I stayed in 2020, the hotel changed from A la carte to All Inclusive (if you stay at the hotel, not VRBO) and the food is not nearly as good as it was before. Still reasonably priced for what you get but not as good as it was before. I'LL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK TO THIS CONDO IN THE FUTURE!

Ticket to Paradise

I love spending time in Mexico during a Midwest winter. I especially like Los Cabo’s weather. Warm without being hot. I’d always start my day by sitting with my coffee and looking at the ocean. The condo had everything you needed to cook a meal but the resort on the property offered great food. Catching an Uber or a Taxi is easy if you want to go to any of the great restaurants in the area. If you are looking to whoop it and party all night long this is not your place. If you want to relax and recharge this is the place to do it.

1 Bedroom with a view

The owner has thought of everything in setting this place up for guest. You need an appliance to cook with while on vacation it is here. There was even a pizza oven that worked great for cooking pizza for snacks for the little ones. There are not many condos at this property that still has a tub. It is great for bathing young children. The view from the bed as you awaken is spectacular and viewing the whales as they migrate through is a cherished memory.

Nice and comfortable apartment with the beach access and great ocean view

Beautifully maintained condominium complex with swimming pools and a tennis court. We had an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez from our balcony, and took a lot of walks on the beach. Check in/out process was very easy and the owners were responsive. The unit was comfortable and well equipped in dishes, appliances, towels and such. We rented a car and travelled a lot, the area is beautiful and full of interesting travel destinations. We even saw a whale from our balcony!

Great Vacation Nest!

The condo was everything we wanted. Kitchen was well stocked, and the condo was clean. Ocean views were great, and we were steps away from the main pool. A great place to relax and unwind. We hope to stay here again soon
